6

So thank you for allowing me to be on your platform and with your listeners it's a real privilege, and I'm looking forward to this playful conversation. We're going to get into.

7

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: For sure, for sure. So

8

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: let's like start out from the beginning. How did you get started in all of this? And you may as well tell us about the life threatening. That's, I think, started you on this journey. Correct me.

9

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Yeah.

10

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: yeah. So in 2,014 I was hospitalized, and I was told that I had lesions in my cerebellum and my brain stem, and my body was shutting down, and they gave me a prognosis of 6 months, and so they admitted me into the hospital, and I was in there for almost 40 days.

11

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: and they had no idea what the diagnosis was. So anybody that's been in the hospital, and if they don't know what to do. You know, you go through Frankenstein testing, and I went through a battery of biopsies and tests and trying to find out what is causing this. They were, gonna do a brain biopsy. But thankfully somebody

12

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: said, You know what? We're taking all these pieces out of her, and we're still not getting anywhere, and a piece of her brain could really impact things even more severely. So I was released from the hospital without a diagnosis. So that means there's no plan, and as you mentioned, I'm a solo parent. So at the time my oldest was, I think, 18, and then the twins were 4

13

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: and thankfully, a friend you know she got a tug like I always say God is always calling, yet people don't always answer so thankfully, she answered the call, because I know we always laugh about how she got that intuitive nudge, and she's like I'm not

14

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: reaching out to this girl like I don't even know her. And you want me to say what? And all this? And

15

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: yeah, I'm thankful she was brave enough to do that. And a year after she had said that she wanted to go learn about meditation, and if I wanted to join, and I said, Sure, why not? And it was actually the day of her brother's birthday that we went to go learn this seminar. It was Tm. Transcendental meditation, and if anybody believes about, you know your ancestors and the other side of love. You know

16

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: that, you know energy doesn't die. It just transforms. So if you listen to the callings and the bread crumbs, it will bring you to places that will blow your mind.

17

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: So tm, was my journey of going within. When I was younger I had a lot of trauma which separated me from self and separated me from my worth. And so I was really navigating in a place of unworthy and feeling like I need to get validation and belonging.

18

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: So the meditation allowed me to go within, and like I said, I was a solo parent with twin boys. So they were 5 at the time, and when you learn meditation, they tell you create a quiet space in your home, so that you meditate.

19

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: Yeah. 5 year old boys. Good luck with that.

20

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: That act?

21

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: So what I had to do was bring meditation to the living room couch. And while they were fighting, and and you know, TV's going on. And all this noise I got to really see where the nervous system is trying to control things and interrupt things. And then I'm an only child.

22

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: So trying to relate to sibling rivalry, I couldn't comprehend that thing at all, and I could see where my brain wanted to pick a victim and an offender like it's always trying to do black and white and wanting to stop something and understanding the trauma that I had because I was a victim like, Oh, I gotta go help because somebody's in dire

23

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: need. And there's something bad that's happening. So really engaging with that in a you know, being with my breath and meditating and seeing where it's going out, and wants to say something it's like, bring yourself back in, don't say nothing. And allowing curiosity to be released so the story could evolve without my judgment. Mind thinking. I know exactly what's gonna happen.

24

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And it's like, wait a minute like you. You actually don't know. You're just going by scripts, and you're afraid of seeing the pain that might happen that life experiences like, I tell people the thing that they don't tell you about parenting is you're gonna have to witness a lot of pain and feel the helplessness of not being in control and not being able to do anything.

25

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And sure like you're not gonna let your child run out in the road. If there's a car coming yet, if they're riding their bike. They're gonna have to fall off a few times to understand what balance is when they're cooking. We tell them don't touch the fire. Don't touch the element. But we need these like life experiences to really understand. Oh, that's what that pain and fire feels like, and everybody feels it differently.

26

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And so I really got to more engage with, okay, what does this nervous system in the

27

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: where? It's, you know, wired in one way, and how you can rewire it, and better understand and somatically release the trauma. The emotional charges that I didn't get to really profoundly feel in those experiences. And even to this day now, like it's still layers of when I certain experiences come up. It's like still having sensitive eyes, not having this harshness of

28

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: of just get over it and just pass by it. It's like

29

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: no feel the depths of what that experience was, the fullness of it, and allow that charge to be released from your body. And so it really brought me into a profound way of cleaning out my vessel. Needless to say, like, you know, there's a lot of junk that gets stored into our nervous system, and then it doesn't know how to read things properly. And you're not connected into your intuition because you don't even know which part to trust.

30

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: So I started connecting back into my intuition because I was always attached to it. So I'm very thankful for that. But I had turned down the signal cause. I thought I was seeing things in the wrong way, because people used to tell me like, you can't tell people that like that. You gotta put a filter like people don't want to hear that stuff, and I'd be like, you don't want to hear truth like you. You don't want honesty.

31

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: So now it was coming back into trusting myself and trusting the intuition, and seeing that I did see it in a proper way where people are drinking the Kool aid, and they want to see it in the denial way. And so

32

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: while doing that, then it my, everything started coming back online. They didn't think I'd ever walk again or drive or be able to function. And I'm doing all of those things. And with the parenting, as I say to people, it's the highest spiritual practice you can have to learn about yourself

33

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: because they're going to put up a mirror to you to see. Okay, are you ready to face this? And a lot of times, if you're brave enough, you'll face it. If not, you're gonna shut it down and blame the human in front of you that it's their problem. They are the problem that's causing all this stuff that's going inside of you where it's I was willing to see the accountability of myself, and

34

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: change my perspective of seeing, you know the fearful parts of me, the curious parts of me. The parts that were messy the parts that were

35

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: and

36

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: understanding things. But I was just told, no, you're not good enough, or this isn't. It cannot be that simple of of seeing it that way. And so it was. A is a bit of a I don't know how your language is on the podcast but it was a shit show. In some certain parts it wasn't pleasant. It was a lot of discovery yet in that it gave me a language to better relate with people, and

37

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: before the lesions in my previous life I used to be a security investigator. So I used to interview people, and they used to open up and tell me like their secrets, and I would just think how well, hey! Like must be my smile, or something not recognizing. I have a profound gift of listening, and when

38

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: I present that space to people, they feel safe to reveal themselves. And when we can be honest about some deep, dark secrets that are hidden within ourselves, and somebody else can witness it without pushing it away.

39

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: there becomes a significant healing within yourself that you start connecting back into self and start seeing things in a different way. So once I started seeing that, like, you know what, I'm able to co-regulate other people's nervous systems around me. That's when I decided to start founding lift oneself.

40

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: But get this, you know, like lesions disappeared. But there were still scarring in my brain, and thankfully I was able to take a disability for from my previous employment. So finances weren't an issue yet, as my doctor had said, like, if you start working, you cannot go back to the work that you did, or you'll die like no, if, or ends or buts like you almost died, and stress does not do well with you.

41

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: So she was like, you can do this part time as consulting and coaching other people. Yet as soon as there's any kind of signal of it's overwhelming. You have to shut it down. So I meditated. And I was like, Okay, what's the name that will serve on what I'm actually doing. And that's where lift oneself came. So lift oneself was how I see the ego is the defense mechanisms of the nervous system protecting you from vulnerability.

42

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And so if the nervous system is activated, it's in fear it doesn't have safety. So it's not going to let you be vulnerable. It's going to protect that yet. If you're not in your vulnerability, you're not able to be in the oneness and the connection of it all.

43

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And so once you can lift those defense mechanisms, you can be in that one self.

44

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And what do I do? I provide people the space of being able to regulate their nervous system so that they can be vulnerable, that they can start accepting the wholeness of themselves, and be able to bring those shadows into the light of their awareness. A lot of people think healing is about, you know, being a new person and transforming into a new person where it's like, no, you're removing the layers of pain to come back into your greatness that's already there.

45

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: and being able to access the things that you're actually great. At that, other people told you you weren't or didn't give you a space to really flourish in that.

46

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And be curious about your own biology. You know your thought process, the way that you react, how your emotions are. Those are gifts for you.

47

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: But you've been taught that it needs to look a certain way to be able to conform to what society standards, or or systems or institutes nobody's actually allowing you to flourish. Of. What are you actually good at and letting that flourish.

48

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: So I'm just here to, you know.

49

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: invite people to come back into their body and create safety.

50

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: And in that way it really helps them be able to

51

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: fulfill the goals and their mission. I think we all have a mission when we come here.

52

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: If if they can get back into that space.

53

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: it's

54

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: then the mission becomes

55

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: possible.

56

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: Whereas if you're

57

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: I, I run into so many people that got trapped in careers that they hated.

58

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: and a lot of coaches that are out there trying to help people get out of those

59

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: situations. But

60

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: it's it's when you make that leap

61

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: that everything opens up for you.

62

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And you have to create that honesty with yourself. You have to be able to actually ask yourself some direct questions so that you can call out the part that doesn't feel safe.

63

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: like. The reason why you're in your way is because it's a method of protection.

64

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And if the method of protection doesn't feel safe to actually let you see what is

65

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: afraid, or what is causing the anxiety or the lethargic, or, you know, being despondent, you're not able to push past it. You will never be able to override your nervous system.

66

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: So you want to work with it.

67

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: and you want to work with. No, this isn't like trying to mess you up. It's trying to protect you. Maybe not the best method. But this is the method that it's learnt to be able to navigate in this world and navigate through the belief systems that you've created in your mind.

68

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: So once you start doing that profound work of being honest with yourself, really challenging yourself and start feeling your authentic emotions.

69

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: That's when things start to spin in a way that you're like Whoa, how come. It's so simple now.

70

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: because it's like you're trusting yourself. You're accessing the biology, and you're connected into your life force that has a guidance for you. It's not here to harm you.

71

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Life isn't at you. It's for you

72

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: doesn't feel like that sometimes, though.

73

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: Our our purpose is to experience experiences.

74

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: And take that back to the collective because we are all connected. We are all part of

75

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: the source

76

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: as well as

77

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: connected to each other.

78

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: It's like we're spokes on a wheel

79

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: sum up, but.

80

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Exactly.

81

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: Than farther apart. But

82

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: we have our, we have our mission. We have some purpose for being here, and it isn't to go work in some factory, or

83

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: sit behind a desk and do mindless tasks it's to contribute to the greater

84

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: good of of all of humanity. Cause we are.

85

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: It's not like

86

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: the borders of the country divide

87

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: who is

88

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: connected and who's not? It's a work like that. We're just all here. We're all energy, and we don't.

89

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: Part of us doesn't even exist.

90

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: We do exist, but we don't exist.

91

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Exactly.

92

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: And there's some evidence that

93

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: at any given moment.

94

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: a moment not being necessarily a second.

95

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: we're we're like a a movie. A movie is just a a bunch of frames that are projected at a speed that it appears to be movement. But it's not actually movement at all. It's still photos. And there's some evidence that that's how we actually exist

96

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: and still frames.

97

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Like, I, don't.

98

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: Yeah. Fall. Apart.

99

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Yeah, like, how I explain is like, we're nervous systems that have recreated other nervous systems. So sometimes, when people are like, I go somewhere, and it feels so familiar. It feels like a deja vu. And it's like, well, memories from the previous nervous system are being activated in you

100

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: like even some people when they were young, you know they may have felt a felt a dense sadness or anger or whatnot, and they're not like nothing in my direct experience explains why I would feel such profound emotions or experiences like this. And it's like, well, it's

101

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: what was brought on to the other nervous systems. And that's why storytelling and listening to our ancestors is important. So you can understand what the curriculum of your nervous system is engaged with.

102

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: and that you're you don't feel like you're going out of your mind, or that nobody can understand it. And more and more science is starting to catch up those that want to be interested in this and not just being pharmaceutical and making money off of, you know? People.

103

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: So it's like, okay, so how do we work with this energy? How do we understand these nervous systems that are, you know, the Karma? If you wanna per se? Some people say, Karma, it's like, Okay, how am I living these past lives? How do I understand this? And it's like nerve like, if we

104

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: if you just kind of like, sit and really look that

105

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: 2 liquids

106

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: that have to be under a microscope creates this

107

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: and this body of intelligence that we don't even know a fraction of how it works and what it does.

108

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: So to think that it doesn't have its own intelligence, and that when it gets replicated again, that all that doesn't get passed on to the next and the next, and the next.

109

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Yeah. So that's why it's important to understand your own biology, but also understand your ancestors. So you can see. Oh, what are the certain triggers? What is the cultural difference? What are things that may activate things to spiral? And, you know, put the alarm on where I don't see clearly. I'm not being able to hear my intuition.

110

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: because we're housed in a nervous system. Our spirit is housed in that nervous system.

111

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Yet at times we identify with the nervous system and think that that's what we are and it's not. It's just the loathing of suit to be able to.

112

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: See.

113

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Yeah, to feel how this this dimension of a world, how we can, you know, live in it and experience it.

114

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: When they talk about frequencies, it's and raising your frequency. It has to do with your nervous system. Your nervous system is just electrical impulses that are causing chemical reactions in your body.

115

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: It there's

116

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: sometimes woo. People tend to like, think, oh, everything is ethereal. And then the science people are like. No, everything's concrete. But there's there is actually a blend of the 2. You know what you feel, what you think about and how you think about your thoughts, which is, goes back into your meditation.

117

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: where you

118

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: you it's not about not thinking, it's about

119

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: not thinking about, not judging your thoughts, not having an opinion about what you're thinking about. You can just look at them and say, Oh, that's interesting.

120

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: and dismantle the identity.

121

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: Yeah, yeah, and and let it go

122

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: rather than

123

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: I, you know.

124

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: Often we're trained as young children to repeat things in our head, thoughts in our heads that keep us moving in a direction that doesn't really serve us.

125

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: and the thoughts aren't even real.

126

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: But the opinions that we have about those thoughts are causing

127

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: damage in our bodies.

128

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: Yeah.

129

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Cortisol being released at high rates. Where, then, that causes inflammation, and then that causes or other systems to go offline?

130

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And so then we have all these illnesses and stuff like that. But people don't realize really understand what stress is. They really don't understand what the chemical. They don't really understand what cortisol cause, then it doesn't make any sense like cause, I know. When I had the lesions it was prescribed to me to do prednisone, but I had resisted it for a very long time, because I'm like it doesn't make sense that you're putting more cortisol in me. But you're telling me. The cortisol is

131

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: causing everything to go offline, and they're like, well, science is funny like that. Sometimes we have to remove the information with this. Yet when you take prednisone. Then there's all these

132

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: 10,000 secondary effects that happen in the body that you have to counteract with.

133

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And so that's what meditation allowed me to really take responsibility within myself. And psychologically, what I was creating within myself with the chemical releases, and how dysregulated my nervous system was, and I was in my fawn. You know where the nervous system has 4 f's the fight, flight, freeze or fawn, and the fawn is

134

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: people pleasing that you're going to, you know, conform yourself to be able to feel safe and belong in the environment that you are in, because I was so separated from self and my worth, that I need to

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: feel my worth through other people and my actions, and make other people feel good, so that people pleasing aspect, and once I started to engage like it still pops up like, you know, a lot of times people think healing is a miracle, and it's all gone, and it's never gonna pop up. And it's like, no, the work is to not allow it to hijack your behavior. And you know, dysregulate your nervous system

136

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: and how it is life is impermanent. So you're gonna have some experiences that are gonna spiral it all out like, I just said, I'm a parent of 3 boys. If one of them transition before me

137

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: gonna be with that experience doesn't matter how much tools I've cultivated. This is a new experience that it's like, Whoo! The tire is on the road. And where are we going on this adventure? And what is it gonna look like?

138

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: So to think that you're arriving somewhere. That is something that the mind wants to trick you in.

139

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: to not do the work, to not pay attention to what your thoughts are to not be in control of regulating yourself. We're so lured with social media and the marketing that everybody else has a solution for us.

140

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And there's a lot of disempowerment.

141

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: It's luring you from doing your own actual work.

142

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: So and then you're spending money, and then you're doing the finances, and then you have to keep up with this lifestyle, or keep up with this mask, and not realizing, like, are you in joy

143

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: like? Do you really understand what abundance is?

144

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Do you understand that abundance is within yourself, and how your mindset is?

145

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: But we've been taught that it's all external

146

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: where it's like. You know what some of the homeless people that you see, they're in the most state of ecstatic and joy, and people will belittle them. But it's like, I bet you you buy all the medication that you have just to get a little fraction of the freedom that that person has.

147

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: You look at monks.

148

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: and I remember

149

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: as a younger person thinking.

150

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: that's gotta be such a boring life. And now I look at it. It's like.

151

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: Wow.

152

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: to be able to live

153

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: in that simplicity. I was looking at an image. I was over on discord doing a a picture. I was trying to create a picture, and somebody else had created this Japanese room.

154

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: And I what I love about Japan and I lived there for 5 years when I was younger.

155

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Oh!

156

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: Was is the simplicity

157

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: in in their lines, in their possessions, in their the way that they

158

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: decorate things. It's not stark.

159

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: but it's simple.

160

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: and it's

161

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: it's there's so much peace in the not cluttered

162

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: as you look around my office, and you see

163

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: shit everywhere.

164

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: There's stuff that makes me feel good.

165

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Yeah.

166

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And then there's other stuff that it's like, Oh, you're kind of weighing me down, and I don't know why I keep holding on to you, but there's something that just feels like I need to hold on to you. But if I were to just let you go, I know there would be peace yet. Still, that work of

167

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: gotta let go. And it's like, Oh, my gosh! Can I just open my hand? And it's like, and that's the work that we all have to go through yet, you know some of this spiritual bypassing and the toxic positivity does a big disservice to a lot of people, and they're wondering, why am I not attaining the state that they're talking about? Because it doesn't exist like there's a human aspect. If you wanna, you know, time travel and be out of your body. Okay?

168

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Well, recognize, that's some of disassociation like, you're here to have a human experience. Also.

169

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Yeah, it's shitty sometimes, because you have to feel some dense emotions and go through like a plethora of different experiences. Yet that's the whole reason why you were here

170

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: like it's a messy experience.

171

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: It's not all perfect in a bow and looking for perfection. And the reason why most of us are looking for that because it's safety, it's adoration, it's admiration, it's validation. So people are always just in awe of you. And what are we looking for? As humans is nervous system. Attention.

172

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: attention allows us to thrive as a human being. We we cannot do this life alone.

173

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Yeah, when you can start understanding why you're doing certain things you can let go of the hook that you're on

174

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: and let go of the Kool-aid that you've been drinking, that somebody's been luring you, that here's the carrot. It's like, I tell people it's almost the same analogy as the donkey chasing the carrot, and never can attain the carrot, but it's always right in front showing like you're gonna get there. You're gonna get there. But why am I never able to chew this darn carrot? Because there's no such thing?

175

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Your safety, your success, your abundance, is all within yourself.

176

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: And you're experiencing it

177

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: now.

178

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: Yeah, cause you only have. Now.

179

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Exactly.

180

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Time is a tool, not a toy.

181

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: Yeah.

182

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: so how do you actually, how does your coaching look? Is it groups one on one.

183

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Right now. It's 1 on one. I do do in person groups where I am. I I live in Canada, Ottawa. So I do small, intimate ones where I walk people through a process of you know, coming back into their body doing some meditation, some journaling and helping them

184

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: co-regulate their system in a community cause. There's profound healing when we can do it in a group. And we're all, you know, regulating our nervous system at the same time that that energy just is without words. It's palpable when you're in that space. And there's so much communication that you're able to access in that space.

185

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: So right now the one on one is over, you know. Zoom, I have clients all around the world that I engage with, because some people might be like, well, how can you do this? You know, over the Internet? And if you'd let me I'd like to guide us through a meditation, so people can get a little bit of a sample of the energy, and and where I I bring people into, and what they have access to all the time. That they may not even recognize. And

186

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: you know, like I, we were saying before the recording. Unfortunately, a lot of people think meditation is about quieting your mind, and that has done a disservice for people it's actually being aware of. Oh, this is what's going on inside and being able to create a space

187

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: that you're with the awareness and the breath, rather than thinking that you're identified with these thoughts or identified with the nervous system that you can actually look at the nervous system and be like, I see you. And it's okay.

188

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: because we don't really acknowledge our fear. We don't acknowledge the anxiety. And really, you know, look at it of a method of protection. We're always like it's an inconvenience, and it's uncomfortable. And it's doing this rather than asking, Well, what is it trying to give you as information?

189

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: What's why is it being activated?

190

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And yeah, you might. Your nervous system might be highly sensitive, and there's all kinds of things going on. And so you have to find ways to regulate and and turn off some of that intensity.

191

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Yet you have to do that within yourself. And, you know, find the resources. So I know a lot of people listen to a podcast while they're driving. So safety first, st I'm gonna ask Jill and myself to close our eyes while we're meditating yet. Keep your eyes open, but you can listen to the other prompts and allow that to guide you within your body. So, Jill, I'll ask you to get comfortable, and you're gonna gently close your eyes

192

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: and you're gonna begin breathing in and out through your nose.

193

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: and you're gonna bring your awareness to watching your breath

194

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: go in and out through your nose.

195

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: You're not going to try and control your breath.

196

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: You're just gonna make

197

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: the awareness. Watch the rhythm of your breath.

198

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: There may be some sensations or feelings coming up.

199

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: It's okay.

200

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Let them come up.

201

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: You're safe to feel

202

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: you're safe to let go.

203

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Surrender the need to control.

204

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: release the need to resist and just be.

205

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Be with your breath

206

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: drop into your body.

207

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: keeping your awareness on your breath.

208

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: There may be some thoughts or memories that have popped up in your mind.

209

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And that's okay.

210

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Gently

211

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: bring your awareness back to your breath.

212

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: creating a space between your awareness and your thoughts.

213

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: keeping that awareness on your breath and going deeper into your body

214

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: again. Thoughts may have popped up

215

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: gently, bring your awareness back to your breath.

216

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: and create space between the awareness

217

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: in your thoughts

218

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: and going deeper into your body.

219

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: still staying with the breath

220

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: at your own time and at your own pace. You're gonna gently

221

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: open your eyes while staying with the breath.

222

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: How does your heart to it?

223

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: It's doing well. It's very calm.

224

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: So for the listeners. For some it may have been the 1st time that they've experienced being aware of their breath. I know a lot of people are like, stop telling me to breathe

225

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: where it's like. Well, the missing part is, bring your awareness to your breath so that you can start identifying what emotions you're feeling.

226

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Many people don't even know how to identify what they're actually feeling.

227

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: They just are feeling something. But I don't know what it is, and it's hijacking their behavior.

228

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Where, when we go into the breath, it allows us to come out of our mind and come back into the body

229

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: to identify what's going on inside, and to feel safe to feel these energies and frequencies and emotions

230

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: so that we can hear the information.

231

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: because that's all emotions are information. They're frequencies of information, and it doesn't mean that they're supposed to take control and hijack your behavior.

232

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Not all information is good information. It's just information.

233

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: but if you're not willing to listen to it, then it's always going to hijack you

234

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: because it's looking for your attention, and you're not willing to give it

235

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: so that breath allows you to see that you can just be the observant. You don't have to control anything. You don't have to identify with anything.

236

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And you know emotions are chemical dumps. They're 90 seconds of but that those 90 seconds. Gosh, 5 seconds of anger is torture.

237

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: So you gotta find ways to express, like I tell people befriend anger.

238

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Oh, my, it's it's not good. I'm like, no, it's it's a healthy emotion. It's a protection yet some of it. We've gone into a habit of just being in that, because we don't know how to feel the vulnerability, so find ways to express it like some of my clients, I tell them.

239

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: scream into a pillow.

240

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Go to a smash room, go, break some stuff, go into the forest, go throw some rocks and bang some trees give it some expression so that you can feel what the charge is. But then you can be honest of what activated. This

241

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: is there a boundary, is there, you know, a helplessness like when we feel helpless, anger really comes to the defense for it.

242

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And there's a lot of things in our experiences that will make us feel helpless, and we don't even know how to be in that space. We just treat it like a hot potato, and, wanna, you know, get it out of ourselves with projecting it onto other people.

243

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Yet our responsibility is our own experiences. And when I'm speaking like this like I make mistakes all the time. I have 14 year old twin boys

244

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: as zen as I sound right now, they'll tell you I can be an erotic mom sometimes, and the drill sergeant comes up because human beings challenging.

245

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: And that's why it's called a practice. It's about getting to a place of being accountable that. Oh, I made a mistake. Begin again.

246

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Start right over.

247

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: start where you left off. It didn't erase everything. It's just keep going.

248

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: This isn't about perfection

249

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: where a lot of people don't realize if they're a perfectionist, and that's anxiety.

250

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Anxiety is helping you to stay a certain way because you have it in your mind that if I make a mistake it's unsafe.

251

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: My identity, or whatever

252

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: structure that you have created is going to be revealed.

253

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: and we can't do that. We have to have this image to feel safe.

254

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: But when you start peeling away, then you come to see what greatness is already inside you that you don't have to do the performative for everybody else. You can just be you.

255

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: That takes a lot of confidence and a lot of work.

256

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: Does. But it's simple work. It doesn't.

257

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: It's it's not hard.

258

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: And honestly, it's not expensive.

259

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: It's

260

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: it's if you have somebody that can help you at least get started.

261

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: And

262

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: Natalie has a

263

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: so you're you're welcome to go and explore

266

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: the being within.

267

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: Yeah.

268

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: just be without. You know your identity, feeling that you have to be productive or to be giving, allow yourself to receive your own love and attention.

269

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: I know it can sound foreign to do that yet once you start doing that.

270

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: you might go into a space that you know what? I don't want a human with other people, because I'm pretty awesome.

271

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: You're trying to put other people on pedestals, but you don't even realize you're the best person to be, you know, in relationship with.

272

::

NatNat - Lift OneSelf: and you're missing out on a lot of it because you're separated from self. I'm speaking from, you know, my own experience.

273

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: And others miss out on that experience, too. They don't get to experience who you are, and you're here for a reason

274

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: to be. You shine your light.

275

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist & Host of the You World Order Showcase Podcast: So, Natalie, this has been an amazing conversation.
