It's great to have you here.

5

::

Zoom user: Thank you. It's great to be here as well.

6

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Okay, I'm going to ask you the big question, are you ready?

7

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Okay, what's the most significant thing in your opinion, as individuals we can do to make an impact on how the world is going.

8

::

Zoom user: So I honestly feel like the most significant thing that we can do. Is really go within and do like all the deep healing that we need to address, because there's there's just so much subconscious like programming that we need to go in and actually deal with

9

::

Zoom user: And in doing my own healing. I realized that we make an even bigger difference just by doing that, just by in our energy. And just the way that things change as we do, that healing so.

10

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It does, for sure. So I have to ask you what the 2 2 means to you to say.

11

::

Zoom user: So for me. The 2 2 I mean is is really the angel number for alignment, and I really

12

::

Zoom user: have been feeling aligned. And so that's why I felt like it was a. It was almost something that happened as well. And I feel like it. Everything, you know. Everything is just divinely

13

::

Zoom user: orchestrated. So I was actually creating my.

14

::

Zoom user: I was creating my logo, and I put it into Chat Gpt, and I was like, remember who you are. 22, because 22 is actually my birthday. I was born on April 20 second, and so I put 22, and it just came out 2 2, and I was like, Oh, well, that wasn't a mistake, so

15

::

Zoom user: I kept it, and ever since then it's just been. I've been in such alignment, so.

16

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I like it. I like it. I love learning the stories behind things sometimes. So you spent 14 years in the Marine Corps. How how did that happen? And why didn't you stay for the last 6 and.

17

::

Zoom user: System.

18

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Take the retirement thing.

19

::

Zoom user: Okay, yeah. So it really, I would say, so. It really happened.

20

::

Zoom user: Because I was looking for

21

::

Zoom user: something like, I knew I needed to do something greater than myself, and I just kind of always knew that was within me. And

22

::

Zoom user: and for some reason I was drawn to the Marine corps, because I was like, you know, I have to know that I'm the toughest and be a part of the toughest organization. And so I joined.

23

::

Zoom user: And it was definitely a ride, a roller coaster ride of different emotions.

24

::

Zoom user: but it definitely helped make me the person I am today. It definitely helped make me more resilient and not just

25

::

Zoom user: to normal, everyday things. I feel like I was actually able to rise in certain occasions where I was literally put in places where the the energy was like negative, and it was very dense and

26

::

Zoom user: I knew I needed to go within and bring out the light in order to spread positive energy.

27

::

Zoom user: And so every duty station I felt like I was able to actually do that. I was able to like turn it around. And you know I would give like motivational speeches, and

28

::

Zoom user: I was always just drawn to that. I didn't know what it was at the time it was, but it was heart-centered leadership versus the

29

::

Zoom user: leadership I was seeing. I was seeing mostly toxic leadership, and you know, just people bullying their marines because they were bullied. And so I did

30

::

Zoom user: get to meet some really good leaders who were who had that presence where they were able to change a whole command for the better. And and I was always drawn to those leaders.

31

::

Zoom user: So I really believe it helped shape my my leadership. And I'm able to now take that leadership into

32

::

Zoom user: I know now that that was preparing me for this conscious leadership, that this, this change in the world that we're making.

33

::

Zoom user: And so yeah, that's really. That's my story for the Marine Corps. Oh, and I didn't stay. I didn't stay until the 20, because for me, 6 more years after I was. I was single and didn't have any kids for most of my career, but I actually ended up having my son my last 2 years while I was in.

34

::

Zoom user: and or it was my last. It was really my last year and a half.

35

::

Zoom user: because my son is now almost 3,

36

::

Zoom user: and I just didn't want to have to choose between being a good marine or a good mother, and that's what it would have it felt like. It would have been that type of a choice. And so I just wanted to get out. I didn't want to continue, and I knew that I knew I was going to be taken care of. I knew I was going to get the 100% disability just because of everything I had been through in the Marine corps and was able to claim.

37

::

Zoom user: And so I wasn't worried about staying the 20, like most people did try and convince me like they were like, Oh, you should stay and do the 20, and it's worth it, and this and that, and everyone was trying to convince me. But I knew it was my time to leave, so.

38

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I respect that a lot, especially in in light of the fact that you chose raising your son over

39

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Mr. Sun, right over over staying for yourself or for for the Marine Corps. It's.

40

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I think motherhood is one of those

41

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: so underappreciated responsibilities that we, as women.

42

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: get the opportunity to enjoy, and you know, if you have a child.

43

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: relish those years, cause they pass fast.

44

::

Zoom user: Yeah, definitely, and that was my thing. I was always taking care of it. What? It seemed like other people's kids. You know, I was taking care of other people's kids in the Marine Corps, because, you know, they were joining from high school and I'm like, I'm 1 of their leaders by that time. And so once I had a kid, it was just yeah. It was a whole different story. I needed to be able to

45

::

Zoom user: spend that time with him.

46

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So how did you get into the coaching aspect of it? Minute.

47

::

Zoom user: So really, I've always been.

48

::

Zoom user: Well, I've been a teacher and a coach for a while. When I was in the military it was for my marines, and then it was also I was also doing personal training on the side. So but I quickly realized that most people needed to needed help getting their mind right in order to get their body right. And so

49

::

Zoom user: I feel like I really started with the mindset coaching back then and then once I got out I actually went through like a

50

::

Zoom user: spiritual awakening, really and kind of just saw the world from a higher perspective. I saw, like what my, what I came here to do. And

51

::

Zoom user: basically saw that I I chose the things that I was going to go through in order to get me here

52

::

Zoom user: and and I've had the.

53

::

Zoom user: I guess I've had the opportunity to have been an inspiration to a lot of other women.

54

::

Zoom user: And so I know that that I can make a difference, and I can, and I don't think I don't think people people are not broken. They don't need fixing, but I know that there's things that in my are in my story that can help activate within others their their healing in themselves. So.

55

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So

56

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: your podcast is called, remember who you are, 222. We already talked about the 2 2. But what does the remembering who you are mean to you. And why do you believe this is so crucial for conscious professionals right now?

57

::

Zoom user: So for me, remembering who you are, is really remembering who you are at the soul level beneath all the conditioning and the the density here on Earth. Because.

58

::

Zoom user: a lot of us are starting to are starting to remember. And it really is like a remembrance, because

59

::

Zoom user: just that knowing within and that that feeling of once you do start to remember the the things and I don't remember a lot of things I know some some people remember like past lives and stuff like that.

60

::

Zoom user: but I just remember I just remember

61

::

Zoom user: that I chose to come here that I chose to to do it hard, because that's just how how I am.

62

::

Zoom user: and

63

::

Zoom user: yeah, I feel like, once you remember, once you start to remember. You start to gain that connection again, because throughout my whole life I felt so alone.

64

::

Zoom user: And once you start to remember that you actually are

65

::

Zoom user: connected to everyone and everything. And this this unified field of consciousness.

66

::

Zoom user: Things don't seem as lonely anymore.

67

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You really don't. It's odd, maybe, to some people, but it's like once you you cross over into the awakened zone. It's like

68

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: you're never alone. There's always beings with you, whether they're

69

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: whether you can see them and feel them or not. I mean, in some cases. And yeah, it's

70

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: what do you? What do you tell people, your clients who are like anchored in in this realm versus how to like bridge that gap into the more ethereal, remembering who you are and do you have tools and things that you use for that.

71

::

Zoom user: Yeah. So really for me, I feel like, since I've done the work myself. When I speak to different clients, it's always different things for different clients, because everyone is at, you know, their own level of consciousness.

72

::

Zoom user: And so I'm able to really kind of just see, like the subconscious blocks just just off of what they tell me. And so I'm able to.

73

::

Zoom user: It's basically in the way that I talk to myself. And so I'm able to speak to myself in a way where?

74

::

Zoom user: my, what what I say to them is what they need to be able to activate to that next level. So I might not necessarily talk about the beings or the different energies, yet just depending on where a person's at

75

::

Zoom user: so yeah, it really does depend on where a person's at. But I'm able to. I'm able to gauge that

76

::

Zoom user: just with my own, my own talk with myself.

77

::

Zoom user: Since our bodies, our bodies, our bodies, have intelligence within them. We just have to know how to to use it.

78

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Sometimes people refer to that as channeling.

79

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: but sometimes, when you say channeling it like makes people weird.

80

::

Zoom user: Yeah, that's true. Yeah, no, that is definitely true. Because I do follow a lot of channelers. It was even weird when I 1st started watching the channelers. It like plays with your mind because your mind is trying to protect you. But you're like, is this real? But yeah, it really is channeling like it's channeling the source energy within me. And I know some people channel angels, some people channel extraterrestrials and different things like that.

81

::

Zoom user: Which I do believe that when you focus on connecting to those those energies like that is, it is real.

82

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I've I've had a lot of experiences where

83

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: people have told me things totally unsolicited. I had an experience yesterday. I was talking to a woman, and and we were talking about something

84

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: unrelated sub stack, and she just started telling me something about my husband.

85

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Then she could

86

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: not possibly have known she didn't know my husband. I don't even think she knew I was married.

87

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: there was like, well, that's useful information that you're giving me.

88

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah.

89

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: was like, useful and actionable. And then she told me some other things that she couldn't possibly have known

90

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I was like.

91

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Then she gave me like a little bit of guidance on. You know how to how to use that information, or why it was being given to me.

92

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and I had other instances where I've had people channel my mom, who's passed over and.

93

::

Zoom user: And.

94

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Said things that it could not possibly have known.

95

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Just like, well, okay.

96

::

Zoom user: Yeah, it's amazing. I feel like, once you just start to get the grasp that

97

::

Zoom user: Everything is made of energy.

98

::

Zoom user: And everything has different like frequencies and vibrations. It really is just about like tuning into it, just like our Wi-fi tunes in our our channels tune in to, you know certain channels.

99

::

Zoom user: So yeah, it's pretty crazy when you start to think about it like that. But.

100

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: This.

101

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It is a lot like the old radios where you could go through the different stations and you get static. And then sometimes you get a station, and sometimes you would have the radio on, and you weren't really listening to it. So it didn't register with you consciously. But somewhere in your subconscious. It's seeking it or seeping in. And it's like that with the energy that

102

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: makes up the space that we occupy. It's always energy is always traveling around out there, and

103

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: we're just big receivers.

104

::

Zoom user: Yeah. And science is starting to prove that, too, science is just proving all of that with neurology and quantum physics and all that.

105

::

Zoom user: That we're just yeah, we're all

106

::

Zoom user: like technology. We we receive. And we transmit

107

::

Zoom user: frequencies. So whatever we're thinking on a day to day basis. That's actually something I speak on a lot is our the power of our thoughts and feelings.

108

::

Zoom user: And we're transmitting that energy out to the universe. And that's what's actually bringing us our reality.

109

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah. And no 2 people have the same reality

110

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: at any time. I mean, it's like, you may have the same experience sort of, but the the way that you perceive the experience is going to be different.

111

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: depending on who you are. It's just.

112

::

Zoom user: Yeah, yeah, exactly.

113

::

Zoom user: And I. And one thing I did have to get a hold of, too, when I 1st awakened was the collective consciousness, too. So definitely, most of the things we see here is obviously because of collective consciousness. But I'm able to kind of be, I guess, have 2, 1 foot in the 5 d. And one foot in 3D. Where it's like, I see this

114

::

Zoom user: collective consciousness that's actually building the new, the new earth

115

::

Zoom user: and then I see this other side where you know they're still in the 3D, and they're still

116

::

Zoom user: asleep. I guess you would call it.

117

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, they're in the mud.

118

::

Zoom user: Yeah.

119

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: All of the the fear and the the lower vibrational

120

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: messages that are transmitted around. It's easy to get like sucked into that, whereas if you're

121

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: if you choose to just look at the 5 d. World and and be on that better

122

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: sphere or plane, or whatever you want to call it. It's just like that energy that's around where it's like

123

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: anything is possible.

124

::

Zoom user: Yeah.

125

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Not

126

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: nothing, nothing is. There's never a no, there's never a hard no to anything in life. Everything exists and nothing exists. Yes, you get to choose what your reality is going to be, and maybe it's not going to change like overnight, but it can change pretty fast.

127

::

Zoom user: Yeah.

128

::

Zoom user: yeah, it really can. I actually went through? It was like a quantum healing experience where my reality literally changed overnight. And it really was in that

129

::

Zoom user: more unconscious state to being like Whoa like. Now, the world looks completely different.

130

::

Zoom user: And so I know it's possible

131

::

Zoom user: to do that. But some people most people are like.

132

::

Zoom user: you know, evolving, I guess you would say, like 5 degrees at time, or something, if I would put it on something.

133

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Late.

134

::

Zoom user: So. Yeah, slowly.

135

::

Zoom user: And I do feel like it's been a process since I've actually awakened to like, go through everything. But I still feel like

136

::

Zoom user: I've been accelerated. If that makes sense.

137

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Does make sense. So how can somebody begin to practice quantum embodiment in small practical ways, especially if they're new to these concepts, but feel called to live and lead, lead more consciously.

138

::

Zoom user: So for me. For me, I would say that.

139

::

Zoom user: 1st you have to start realizing what what is true and what isn't.

140

::

Zoom user: So there's a lot of things that we came into this into this reality, thinking and believing that aren't true. And so that's actually something I I have my own mentor who deals with sacred geometry signatures. And so there's like false traits. And there's saboteurs just different archetypes that aren't true about this

141

::

Zoom user: about what we're capable of.

142

::

Zoom user: And so it's about knowing those. And you can even you probably even look it up on Chat gpt, too, like what are the false, you know false traits of this, of this reality. And how do I start to

143

::

Zoom user: get out of it? And just quantum embodiment is just different.

144

::

Zoom user: I would say there are different mantras you can do, and you can read through every day and practice practice feeling into it, because that's that is the key, instead of just doing mantras every day and like affirmations like you have to really feel into them and feel that version of you, because there are. There's infinite

145

::

Zoom user: realities. There's infinite possibilities. And so that version of you is out there. And even if you've had dreams of something like those are real. You could feel into them and start to embody that person, and it takes time. But it really just takes the effort to to feel into them, and and then it just becomes a knowing. You just become that version of you.

146

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I I've had that happen several times in my life where I've shifted my life has shifted dramatically, and

147

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: often it it starts with an idea. We call it setting an intention, and then you change the habits that you have. But you have to convince your brain first, st and

148

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: the the secret that I've found.

149

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Correct me if if you have a different way, but is to ask your brain questions like, why am I so wealthy? Or why does everything seem to go right for me? And when you ask your brain these kinds of affirmations or questions, your brain works on like, well.

150

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: well, I'll find an answer for you, and we'll just hang up

151

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: all the things good for you, or, like all the wealthy wealth, experiences or abundance experiences will happen to you. They and they just sort of happen. You.

152

::

Zoom user: Join me.

153

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Do anything about it. You can just ask yourself these questions, and if you do it long enough, and if you tell yourself these

154

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: these questions. If you ask yourself these questions, and you tell yourself positive things about yourself.

155

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And then, when those negative thoughts come by because they

156

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: everybody has them, they they become fewer and fewer, and you became able to control them and look

157

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: at them and not have a thought about them. You don't have to entertain them. You can just go. Isn't that interesting? I had that weird thought.

158

::

Zoom user: And then you can push it aside. But if you.

159

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Not paying attention to all of these things. It's really easy to get like I think it's why people end up so

160

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: so paralyzed in fear and in anger, and in these emotions that we all experience emotions.

161

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: But we don't have to live in them. We can just experience them and experience the ones we like.

162

::

Zoom user: More. Often.

163

::

Zoom user: Yeah.

164

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: If we're paying attention, that it's it's the act of paying attention. And I think that's kind of

165

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: what you help people with is helping them to pay attention.

166

::

Zoom user: Yeah, definitely to become more aware and conscious of their thoughts, because it is easy to spiral into the negative thoughts. But it's also once you start thinking the positive thoughts you can spiral upwards as well.

167

::

Zoom user: so yeah, definitely, everything you said, yeah. Resonates. You know, just a different way of saying it.

168

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So do you work with people in groups, one on one? How does all that look.

169

::

Zoom user: So I just do. I've just been doing one on ones. I'll I'll take only like 3 clients at a time, because I I do other things as well. I'm also in a master's program for consciousness and transformational leadership.

170

::

Zoom user: So I've really just learned to balance my life in a way where I'm not in like hustle mode anymore, and having to feel like I have to do do all the time. And you know, being present with my son.

171

::

Zoom user: And yeah, and just being able to.

172

::

Zoom user: I do believe that I do believe that the the book I wrote and the content I put out helps people. I just might not. You know, I might not know it, but I know behind the scenes there's things that there's probably people that see it at the right time, or

173

::

Zoom user: you know different things like that.

174

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And how can people find your book? What's the name of your book? By the way.

175

::

Zoom user: So the name of my book is actually called, Remember who you are, and it's my journey to higher consciousness. So it's really everything in my life, like the good, the bad, the ugly, that made me who I am today, and even where I when I wrote I wrote it back in February, March timeframe. It was February, March, and I was able to write it all in a month, and

176

::

Zoom user: I'm gonna have to with as much as I've learned even since then I'm gonna have to write another book. But but this is definitely the book for people who are, you know, who have been in subconscious patterns, and are kind of aware, but don't know how to get themselves out of it. So I would recommend it to those people for sure.

177

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Perfect? And how can people find you.

178

::

Zoom user: So I have a it's all my links.com slash. Remember who you are. 2 2, and that's where I have everything. My website, my book, all my social media handles. So.
