Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Hi and welcome to the You world order showcase. Podcast today we have with us Jill Ogle, who is a transformational guide on a mission to completely disrupt the New Age community with a spiritual revolution and to build a community of heart warriors, people committed to deep transformational work that causes a ripple effect through the collective consciousness she breaks through the fluff of mainstream spirituality to get to the heart of people's core issues, creating profound life, lasting change.

2

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Not only that not only transforms lives, but also uplifts the collective welcome to the show. Jill, it's really great to have you with us.

3

::

Jill Ogle: Thanks, Jill. It's great to be here.

4

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Well, we were laughing before about both of us being named Jill, and not knowing very many. Jill.

5

::

Jill Ogle: It always feels weird to say, Thank you, Jill, or Hi Jill, like, cause it's just it just doesn't happen.

6

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Obviously it does. But it doesn't happen often.

7

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, it it started to happen more for me now than it, it did in the beginning when I was younger. But

8

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I love, I love meeting other people. It means youthful, you know.

9

::

Jill Ogle: Does it? Yeah, wow.

10

::

Jill Ogle: I did look it up at 1 point. I'm shocked that I don't know that actually.

11

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: My name is Jill Ellen, which means youthful, bright light.

12

::

Jill Ogle: Oh, beautiful!

13

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I. I like it a lot, and all of my children that they they were named specifically, and they've all grown into their names, which I find so fascinating. How, how that works.

14

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah, I love that. I love that. I will be

15

::

Jill Ogle: looking my name up as soon as we get off this call.

16

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It'll, it'll just confirm for you what you already know. So.

17

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah, for sure, for sure. Yeah. And I find you know that tends to be with a lot of you know, like astrology and numerology and human design. All these things like

18

::

Jill Ogle: they're just great tools to sort of uncover the subconscious stuff. Or

19

::

Jill Ogle: you know, the the programming that we know is already there just confirms it. But yeah.

20

::

Jill Ogle: yeah, I I. My my dog's name is Ollie, and

21

::

Jill Ogle: I did the numerology on it before I named him with the spelling and I can't remember what the other way was, but the way I spelt it with O. Double LY. Meant God. And I was like, Okay.

22

::

Jill Ogle: anything. See? Yeah, he's he's definitely taking on that.

23

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Hi! I love dogs. They they just like add so much to our lives.

24

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and they kind of reflect back to us what we give to them, too. You could tell who people are by the way their dogs behave.

25

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah, yeah, for sure, for sure.

26

::

Jill Ogle: And and they also reflect, you know, reflect back, our

27

::

Jill Ogle: disowned parts, you know, like, just like

28

::

Jill Ogle: children do. And you know other people do. But children, yeah, as well. They they do. They. They challenge you in those parts where you've not yet healed. And

29

::

Jill Ogle: He certainly did that early on.

30

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, I'm I'm listening because I think

31

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: that must be my husband. I heard dishes

32

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: for a moment. There. I thought my dog was like getting into the cabinets.

33

::

Jill Ogle: I had.

34

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I have 2, 1 1 i

35

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I have to leave outside of the office, because if I'm talking he thinks I'm talking to him, and he needs to be right up here in my face. The other one he'll he'll just lay over there on the corner, so he gets to stay in the room.

36

::

Jill Ogle: Cute, so.

37

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Tell us your story. I know that you worked with Dr. Joe Dispenza at 1 point. Is that where your story began, or did it begin before that.

38

::

Jill Ogle: Oh, my God! God! No!

39

::

Jill Ogle: I mean I could go back as far as as far as you wanted. I mean, I know we've got limited time, but

40

::

Jill Ogle: I guess I could just touch on a few points. In my life like

41

::

Jill Ogle: I experienced molestation by a family member when I was little

42

::

Jill Ogle: attempted suicide when I was 13.

43

::

Jill Ogle: Lots of other things went on, obviously in between good and you know what I perceived as good, and what I perceived as bad

44

::

Jill Ogle: got divorced when I was 26, and then my dad died when I was 27, and

45

::

Jill Ogle: I'm kind of skimming over those parts.

46

::

Jill Ogle: just because my awakening, my real awakening happened when my dad died.

47

::

Jill Ogle: And although I was into sort of witchy poo kind of things when I was a teenager like spells, and you know the supernatural. I really

48

::

Jill Ogle: kind of had a tendency towards that.

49

::

Jill Ogle: And

50

::

Jill Ogle: you know, when I've done deep dives, I was actually sort of teaching universal principles and and universal law, like when I was little like, just

51

::

Jill Ogle: yeah, and didn't even realize it. But but when my dad so I was sort of 12 months out of my like my husband leaving, and I

52

::

Jill Ogle: found out that my dad had cancer, and

53

::

Jill Ogle: at that moment a woman who was a sales rep for a company that used to come into my store told me about the secret.

54

::

Jill Ogle: and so that was my 1st kind of big awakening, you know. I watched the secret

55

::

Jill Ogle: a million times. I listened to it on my walks. I you know, I was just like fully immersed right? I wanted to understand. I wanted to help. My dad

56

::

Jill Ogle: wanted to help my dad. I wanted to

57

::

Jill Ogle: find a way to help him heal his situated, his situation. Now, anyone that knows anything about cancer like pancreatic cancers, like one of the quickest so he'd had a lung transplant when I was 13. So his his body was already kind of compromised, so

58

::

Jill Ogle: you know, but I just was like, I'll just stay positive. Just stay positive, you know, and trying to get him to kind of take on this positive thinking shtick. And and then that would heal him and

59

::

Jill Ogle: and you know it was

60

::

Jill Ogle: It wasn't until City I mean he died 9 months after diagnosis.

61

::

Jill Ogle: And it wasn't until sort of, I guess.

62

::

Jill Ogle: a couple of years later that I really realized that

63

::

Jill Ogle: that whole thing had nothing to do with healing him like it was not about that at all. It was his gift to me

64

::

Jill Ogle: for my awakening, and to to fully set me on this path.

65

::

Jill Ogle: And you know it was huge. It was huge when I had that realization.

66

::

Jill Ogle: I think a lot of people can look at

67

::

Jill Ogle: you know, so-called negative situations and just see that side of things.

68

::

Jill Ogle: In the work that I do, that I've come to to do.

69

::

Jill Ogle: We? We look at situations and we look at them from both sides, because every situation does have another side to it.

70

::

Jill Ogle: And it's not just about finding the silver lining and and giving it lip service. But it's about really going in there and and finding exactly the threads in the divine matrix of how this has helped

71

::

Jill Ogle: you, how this has helped people around you, and

72

::

Jill Ogle: you know I don't know whether your listeners believe in sole contracts or not, but I do believe that that was the sole contract

73

::

Jill Ogle: to catapult me into this journey. Because, you know, had he had he survived, and

74

::

Jill Ogle: you know, maybe I wouldn't have stuck with it. Maybe I would have said, you know this positive thinking is a load of crap back then and

75

::

Jill Ogle: given up. Now I do believe that positive thinking is a load of crap. Now I will preface that

76

::

Jill Ogle: just to the point of it's become quite toxic. You know. I think that

77

::

Jill Ogle: a lot of people sort of try and just be positive all the time. And what I see happen is you know, people end up on this emotional roller coaster of highs and lows because

78

::

Jill Ogle: it's not sustainable.

79

::

Jill Ogle: but anyway, so that that kind of awakened me. I dived into all these other teachers.

80

::

Jill Ogle: I saw Joe on what? The bleep in 2,006.

81

::

Jill Ogle: And

82

::

Jill Ogle: didn't get involved at that point, like I was, I was still reading other people's books and work, and

83

::

Jill Ogle: and then, some years later, I found a program of his on my computer.

84

::

Jill Ogle: And

85

::

Jill Ogle: yeah. So I started listening to that, I started listening to the meditations I loved it I shared with a friend. I was like, Oh, my God, you know, check this out.

86

::

Jill Ogle: and for a number of years you know it was fantastic.

87

::

Jill Ogle: We attended a retreat the year up, like the the following year that we

88

::

Jill Ogle: we found this. It was December, I think.

89

::

Jill Ogle: and in the next event that was available.

90

::

Jill Ogle: I think it was like August the next year, or October.

91

::

Jill Ogle: and we both attended that event and loved it.

92

::

Jill Ogle: You know, had amazing meditations. And

93

::

Jill Ogle: you know, really had amazing experiences.

94

::

Jill Ogle: and that was it. I was kind of hooked. So I attended another event, and then applied to volunteer

95

::

Jill Ogle: and then, on my my second time volunteering, I was asked to become a team leader for Joe

96

::

Jill Ogle: And

97

::

Jill Ogle: so basically, what that means is that you know, I was traveling the world attending events, co-facilitating events with Joe.

98

::

Jill Ogle: You know, I was the bridge between the community and and him. And

99

::

Jill Ogle: you know, like, it's a highly coveted position. So many people really want to be in that position. So many people want to be in that environment, and

100

::

Jill Ogle: you know I was so over the moon when I was chosen. You can't apply. You can't. You can't submit an application. You get chosen

101

::

Jill Ogle: and so it's gone.

102

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Quite an honor.

103

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah, it was quite an it was quite an honor at the time, like it was. It was quite a deal a big deal. And

104

::

Jill Ogle: And yeah, so that that started to happen. I started to travel and attend retreats and

105

::

Jill Ogle: help, you know, as facilitating and and whatever else.

106

::

Jill Ogle: But what I was noticing was that there was a lot of people kind of addicted to attending retreats. Is my little one in the background.

107

::

Jill Ogle: waddling along.

108

::

Jill Ogle: There was. There was a lot of people attending retreats.

109

::

Jill Ogle: but there wasn't a lot of people transforming and that was, that was, you know, really surprising.

110

::

Jill Ogle: because, you know, there's there's this kind of

111

::

Jill Ogle: idea that everyone transforms. And you know, like, if you've got

112

::

Jill Ogle: a serious cancer, you should just go, and you'll be healed. And

113

::

Jill Ogle: I mean, I don't want to.

114

::

Jill Ogle: I don't want to kill anyone's hopes or dreams, but there's just more to the picture. There's more to the picture. And

115

::

Jill Ogle: So the end of 2019

116

::

Jill Ogle: I left a retreat in Niagara Falls.

117

::

Jill Ogle: and I was in New York with a girlfriend of mine, and we just had brunch and we'd sort of walk down to the New York skyline.

118

::

Jill Ogle: And I got a phone call from my nephew, and my nephew said to me,

119

::

Jill Ogle: they've found Dad's body and his girlfriend and

120

::

Jill Ogle: yeah, they're both. They're both dead and

121

::

Jill Ogle: you know, as you can imagine, I had all these sort of thoughts going through my mind.

122

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So this is your brother.

123

::

Jill Ogle: Hmm, yeah. So so turns out that my brother had had shot his girlfriend and then killed himself. And

124

::

Jill Ogle: I mean there's so much I could say about just that situation. You know. Yes, he had mental mental health issues.

125

::

Jill Ogle: but never in a million years did we think that he would do anything like that.

126

::

Jill Ogle: But the point I want to make about about that without sort of just dismissing it. I don't, you know.

127

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Is, that.

128

::

Jill Ogle: That was the second level of my awakening, or the the next part in my awakening this, there's been a million levels of awakening, but that was the next part of my awakening

129

::

Jill Ogle: because in that moment, you know, I was like, Oh, my God! What about my nephews? Oh, my God! I'm a murderous sister! Oh, my God! What was going on for him that that happened?

130

::

Jill Ogle: Oh, my God! My mom!

131

::

Jill Ogle: And then I just had this kind of wave of unconditional love flow over me, and

132

::

Jill Ogle: it occurred to me that that that's what was missing in

133

::

Jill Ogle: in Joe's work. That's what was missing in all of the positive thinking, you know, stuff that I'd been reading was that

134

::

Jill Ogle: it's it's not about getting rid of part of you.

135

::

Jill Ogle: It's not about. You know being this Pollyanna version of you. It's about loving you as you are.

136

::

Jill Ogle: And and in that moment that's that's what happened. I just loved my brother. I just loved my brother full stop

137

::

Jill Ogle: and you know, certainly not excusing what happened, or anything like that.

138

::

Jill Ogle: And and it was, you know, such a gift for me at the same time, you know, and

139

::

Jill Ogle: And again, I know that this was another part, you know, another sole contract.

140

::

Jill Ogle: because I was so engrossed in Joe's work. I was giving up my life to build his brand, to build

141

::

Jill Ogle: his business and

142

::

Jill Ogle: you know, in that moment, with my brother like he just completely kind of started to break that

143

::

Jill Ogle: attachment, I guess.

144

::

Jill Ogle: So I just. I just knew that there was something missing out of Joe's work. And I just you know, I just felt that there was just.

145

::

Jill Ogle: you know, there's so many people trying to be positive all the time. So many people trying to get rid of these parts of themselves and just focus on the good and just focus on the elevated emotions and just focus on this one sided reality

146

::

Jill Ogle: and and I just I just knew it wasn't the truth.

147

::

Jill Ogle: And

148

::

Jill Ogle: So anyway, I came back to Australia and

149

::

Jill Ogle: you know, dive deep into

150

::

Jill Ogle: shadow work, and that kind of led me down a whole other path.

151

::

Jill Ogle: You know, Carl Jung and and really understanding. You know that to become whole

152

::

Jill Ogle: is to become holy and to become whole is to love all of you, and

153

::

Jill Ogle: anything you try and get rid of

154

::

Jill Ogle: is, there's a resistance. There you're you're labeling it, not okay.

155

::

Jill Ogle: And so you're going to draw more of it to you.

156

::

Jill Ogle: But when you love it.

157

::

Jill Ogle: it can. It integrates, and it becomes part of the whole system, and it no longer needs to show up to, you know.

158

::

Jill Ogle: trouble you in air quotes anymore. So

159

::

Jill Ogle: so that was that was kind of that. And then I still went to 2 retreats

160

::

Jill Ogle: with Joe after that, and

161

::

Jill Ogle: they like the 1st one in Dubai was the craziest retreat I've ever been to like. There was so much chaos.

162

::

Jill Ogle: there was things going on behind the scenes that were just like, you know.

163

::

Jill Ogle: other team leaders left and went home. It was really crazy.

164

::

Jill Ogle: And then I went to one more, and then Covid hit and

165

::

Jill Ogle: Joe dismantled the team leader team at that point because there was no

166

::

Jill Ogle: no retreats happening. There was nothing happening out there

167

::

Jill Ogle: and said that you know we'd be invited back.

168

::

Jill Ogle: When the retreat started up again. But

169

::

Jill Ogle: I was. I was just at the point where I was like, there's no way that I'm going back.

170

::

Jill Ogle: I I didn't feel like

171

::

Jill Ogle: it just wasn't my place anymore. Just wasn't my place anymore.

172

::

Jill Ogle: I knew that there was a greater truth to what was happening out there in the world.

173

::

Jill Ogle: There was a reason why people, you know, only a small percentage of people were actually transforming. And you know, and it's because they don't have the whole truth about how our universe works, how to live in alignment with our universe, you know.

174

::

Jill Ogle: you can't escape the Cosmic law framework, which is a set of universal principles like you cannot escape that. So you've got to learn to live within that

175

::

Jill Ogle: and and that's not a bad thing. It's just once, you know the rules. You can play by the rules right like you got to know the rules of life to play by them.

176

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Win at them.

177

::

Jill Ogle: Exactly exactly. And yeah, exactly. And

178

::

Jill Ogle: yeah, so so that's basically the gist I was like. And then, yeah, so I I

179

::

Jill Ogle: sort of headed off on my own journey.

180

::

Jill Ogle: But it was at that point

181

::

Jill Ogle: that I had a complete sort of

182

::

Jill Ogle: physical breakdown as well. So I in. After I left I

183

::

Jill Ogle: lost cognitive function. I couldn't remember my friends names.

184

::

Jill Ogle: I didn't know what I was doing. From moment to moment I really thought that I was going to end up in a nursing home. Actually I was set on the couch at 1 point, thinking, Oh, my God! Like.

185

::

Jill Ogle: who am I? What? What is happening here?

186

::

Jill Ogle: And

187

::

Jill Ogle: and so, you know, I when I was sort of lucid, I did whatever I could to to heal myself.

188

::

Jill Ogle: And the biggest thing that helped was the realization of my attachment to my identity.

189

::

Jill Ogle: And you know that

190

::

Jill Ogle: role as a team leader with Joe, even though I chose not to go back, I chose to leave that community was still a big part of it.

191

::

Jill Ogle: and

192

::

Jill Ogle: So once I understood that

193

::

Jill Ogle: I started to heal right? Because the body is is always giving us feedback to what's going on in our mind.

194

::

Jill Ogle: And

195

::

Jill Ogle: And so yeah, obviously, I'm cognitive now and

196

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Think.

197

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. So I've healed a lot. I've healed a lot over the last sort of 4 or 5 years, like, I've had some chronic illness. Things go on since I was about 12.

198

::

Jill Ogle: and I've healed a lot of a lot of my physical ailments, my emotional stuff.

199

::

Jill Ogle: It's all connected. And I truly believe it's because I got to the root of the issue.

200

::

Jill Ogle: You know you can sit and meditate and envision your future.

201

::

Jill Ogle: But if there's a message that your body's trying to give you with your physical symptom, and there is.

202

::

Jill Ogle: you need to get that message. You need to get that message, because, you know.

203

::

Jill Ogle: maybe you're neglecting yourself. Maybe you're, you know, putting everyone before you and that's that's a common thing with breast cancer is

204

::

Jill Ogle: people lose the ability to sort of self-nurture because they're all looking after everyone else. So

205

::

Jill Ogle: yeah, so basically, the reason I left. I mean, it's it's there's a hundred reasons.

206

::

Jill Ogle: And the big one for me was that

207

::

Jill Ogle: I don't feel like it's the whole picture, and I really don't want people to. Once they've found this work. I don't want them to struggle in in this work, and when I say this work I just mean the ability to heal their life.

208

::

Jill Ogle: their ability to create whatever it is that they want in life.

209

::

Jill Ogle: I want them to have the correct information and the correct tools, and not need me, you know, not not

210

::

Jill Ogle: be addicted to coming to my retreats or my programs, because they're still

211

::

Jill Ogle: seeking answers, but because, you know.

212

::

Jill Ogle: maybe come because they want to be there.

213

::

Jill Ogle: But.

214

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Bringing more more positive energy for change.

215

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Instead of all of the energy that gathers around people that are broken.

216

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah, I think you know, there's a lot of spiritual bypassing that happens in a lot of these New Age communities. And there is

217

::

Jill Ogle: you know there is a real well there. I mean, there is a real focus on on the whole positive, positive thing.

218

::

Jill Ogle: But

219

::

Jill Ogle: what people don't understand is we're all positive. And we're all negative, like we all have both sides, and I get it. There are some people that appear to be.

220

::

Jill Ogle: you know, stuck in their stuff and inherently negative, and and things like this. But

221

::

Jill Ogle: I like to look at life as

222

::

Jill Ogle: if you can move through life with a healthy optimism.

223

::

Jill Ogle: You know she's going to go wrong at times and in terms of you know, she's not going to go the way that you want it to at times.

224

::

Jill Ogle: and I should correct myself, because that doesn't mean it's wrong, right? Just because it's not going the way you want it to. Doesn't mean.

225

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah.

226

::

Jill Ogle: You're always on the right right track.

227

::

Jill Ogle: It's not the way.

228

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Expecting.

229

::

Jill Ogle: Exactly. And so exactly. So. What I teach people is, I teach them to understand the feedback that they're getting from their environment, from the people around them so that they can make change, because you know.

230

::

Jill Ogle: what often happens is when you're trying to create your reality like you'll.

231

::

Jill Ogle: you'll set an intention, and you hold that intention.

232

::

Jill Ogle: Let's say it's a relationship. And you know you've got this outline of this man that you want.

233

::

Jill Ogle: and then the universe will send you this man that has

234

::

Jill Ogle: some of the things, and then some other things that really really annoy you. Now.

235

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Trying to get AI to make you a picture. You know what it looks like in your head, but it keeps giving you stuff with weird pieces to it.

236

::

Jill Ogle: Exactly.

237

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Is this what you want? Is this what you want.

238

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah, these hands really?

239

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah, totally

240

::

Jill Ogle: And and people will throw that man away.

241

::

Jill Ogle: Women will throw that man away and say, no, that's not him. He's terrible. He does this, and he does that. But what they're missing, what they're missing is that

242

::

Jill Ogle: that man is divine.

243

::

Jill Ogle: You are divine.

244

::

Jill Ogle: That man has been brought to you to show you the parts of you that you've not yet owned, loved and integrated.

245

::

Jill Ogle: And you're not going to. You're not going to escape those patterns.

246

::

Jill Ogle: So the quicker we can understand. Okay, that thing that's pissing me off about that person is actually a part of me.

247

::

Jill Ogle: then you can heal that part of you. You can transform that part of you.

248

::

Jill Ogle: If you don't, you will go from man to man, to man, to man, to man, to man, to man.

249

::

Jill Ogle: and wonder why you're still single, and wonder what's wrong with you.

250

::

Jill Ogle: one, and you'll give up on the whole manifestation thing.

251

::

Jill Ogle: It's not that. It's not that, it's it's it's not that you're doing it wrong. It's not that you're

252

::

Jill Ogle: you know, not capable. It's just that you're not understanding the messages that you're getting, and there's a few tweaks that need to be to be made for you to to get that thing that you want.

253

::

Jill Ogle: whatever it is, insert dream, life.

254

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Or healing, or any of those things.

255

::

Jill Ogle: Absolutely.

256

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's like, if you're not getting the message, it's going to continue to bother you until you figure it out.

257

::

Jill Ogle: Yep, this is comma right. This is comma. It's just going to the pattern, will repeat.

258

::

Jill Ogle: and even if you get rid of that man, and you set a boundary, and you remove that man from your life.

259

::

Jill Ogle: You'll meet someone at the supermarket, or you know your your best friend will all of a sudden have a new friend.

260

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Clients are gonna show up and.

261

::

Jill Ogle: Will show up. Absolutely.

262

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's gonna get to you one way or the other has a message for you.

263

::

Jill Ogle: Exactly exactly and it's

264

::

Jill Ogle: when you can understand the power of it. It's it's the divine calling, the divine home, you know. It's the divine call, the divine calling the divine home in you.

265

::

Jill Ogle: You know, Ramda says we're all just walking each other home, and I believe that that's what that is. It's

266

::

Jill Ogle: if I trigger you. I'm showing you a part of you that wants to be loved. And

267

::

Jill Ogle: I think that's just so freaking beautiful, you know, when you really understand the concept, it's it's so beautiful.

268

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They were all connected, no, no matter what we are, all one. We're all part of one

269

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: collective. We might think that we're unique and individual. And and to some extent we are. But we're never.

270

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: We're never alone. Because we're always we don't actually even exist.

271

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, in in the physical. We, we

272

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: we're apparitions in a lot of ways.

273

::

Jill Ogle: Projection. Yeah.

274

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah. And and when you, when you can just be open to letting people be

275

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and and having a relationship with them, and seeing how the energy flows between you!

276

::

Jill Ogle: Hmm.

277

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You don't have to stay with them, I mean molecules come together and break apart all the time.

278

::

Jill Ogle: Hmm, yeah.

279

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Time.

280

::

Jill Ogle: Totally. And when you do the work that I teach, it's not even about like, okay. Well, I feel okay to be in the same room with this person or whatever. No, you will get to a point where you will feel immense gratitude for that person.

281

::

Jill Ogle: and doesn't mean that they're going to stay in your life. Right you'll you'll have that immense gratitude for that person and for everything that's happened similar to me with my brother and my dad, and yes, that person might leave. Because right you've you've gotten the message you've gotten the healing that you needed.

282

::

Jill Ogle: If not, they will transform. If they're pissing you off, and you love that part that's pissing you off. They will transform. They will absolutely transform, because they're just trying to show you a part of you.

283

::

Jill Ogle: So it's it's amazing work. And you know.

284

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: At the same time you're showing them something also.

285

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah, well.

286

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's not.

287

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They're just one way. Street.

288

::

Jill Ogle: No like you're you're literally showing like you're literally changing the way you see them.

289

::

Jill Ogle: So they have to change like they are not that way. They are not, you know.

290

::

Jill Ogle: always critical of you, or super ignorant they are that way because you're seeing them that way. And when you change the way you see things. The things you see change right the whole Wayne, dye quote.

291

::

Jill Ogle: this. This is the thing like we're judging everything through our lenses, you know, through.

292

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And we'll judge memories the same way, and memories create

293

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: chemical responses in your body which causes disease sometimes.

294

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and you have the power to change the past by purposefully remembering things the way you want them to be

295

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: where you would wish they'd been. And it doesn't matter if you're if you're making it up

296

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: because everything, even the things that you think you remember to be true.

297

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They're not.

298

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They don't actually even exist anymore. And no 2 people remember anything the same, anyway. So you may as well remember it in a way that benefits you, and not in a way that's

299

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: gonna further cause you pain and disrupt your body.

300

::

Jill Ogle: Well.

301

::

Jill Ogle: yeah, I I kind of agree with that. And I kind of I I want to go further with it because

302

::

Jill Ogle: there's a law of polarity, right? Which which governs our universe, and

303

::

Jill Ogle: which basically means like, you can't have hot without cold. You can't have you know.

304

::

Jill Ogle: evil without good you can't have it. There's 2 sides to the same coin.

305

::

Jill Ogle: Every moment that we experience automatically our brain labels it positive or negative.

306

::

Jill Ogle: based on past experiences, past programming. Now.

307

::

Jill Ogle: we're programmed primarily in the 1st sort of 7 to 10 years of life, but also in the womb, and also through epigenetics.

308

::

Jill Ogle: We can go back 13 generations of programming.

309

::

Jill Ogle: So your perception of

310

::

Jill Ogle: that person's smiling at me. Oh, they're happy, or that person's smiling at me. Oh, they're menacing right? Same smile. But 2 people perceiving the you know, total opposite

311

::

Jill Ogle: feedback.

312

::

Jill Ogle: What we, what I do in my work is, we actually go back to these events, and we find the other side, because there's always 2 sides to any story. So we find the other side. We find how that event benefited you.

313

::

Jill Ogle: We find out, you know, where you do the same

314

::

Jill Ogle: actions because we live in a holographic universe. We all have everything within us. We can sit there and say, I'm not like them. I'm you know I'm not like that person.

315

::

Jill Ogle: but if you're judging them, you are, if you're triggered by them, you are, and it goes for the golden side, too. Right like. If you see something that you love in someone.

316

::

Jill Ogle: you you're absolutely that, too right, the intelligent, the beauty, the whatever

317

::

Jill Ogle: But when we when we go back to these moments in time that are triggering you.

318

::

Jill Ogle: we get to see, like the rest of the information.

319

::

Jill Ogle: right? That's been blocked out by our perceptions. And instead of it being labeled like.

320

::

Jill Ogle: this is just negative. And I'm just going to think positive about it. No, we actually get to see the truth of of

321

::

Jill Ogle: of what happened beyond our perceptions.

322

::

Jill Ogle: and how it's actually helped us in our life, how it's served us.

323

::

Jill Ogle: Because yeah, there's not a single thing that happens on the planet that is

324

::

Jill Ogle: positive or negative. Everything has both sides. It has to. It's it's the law of the universe. Yeah.

325

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: How energy, works.

326

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah.

327

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: There's the on and the off. It's.

328

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah. Yeah. And so it's, it's, it's.

329

::

Jill Ogle: you know, it's it's beyond

330

::

Jill Ogle: sort of lip service. And and you know, when we have these moments of realization in this work, you you really do transcend space and time. So you do heal that that little girl, that little boy

331

::

Jill Ogle: when you have these realizations of of how your life actually is.

332

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So how do you work with people? Do you work one on one? Do you work in groups? How does how does all that look.

333

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah, I do work one on one with people. I also have a membership that's just launched, which I'm spending more of my energy towards I still like I still love working one on one with people and it. If you have

334

::

Jill Ogle: something that's really challenging, that's definitely the way to do it.

335

::

Jill Ogle: and you know my, my membership community is just so beautiful. It's just launched about 6 weeks ago.

336

::

Jill Ogle: and you know the realizations that people are having, just from changing the way they think about reality just by understanding the cosmic law framework and and how the universe works is so beautiful to see. And you know I'm very big on building community like

337

::

Jill Ogle: 2 loves of my life are this work and building community

338

::

Jill Ogle: so far and dogs. Okay, too.

339

::

Jill Ogle: and yeah, I do. I love bringing people together. I love that community, that tribe. Kind of way of being and

340

::

Jill Ogle: you know. And I love seeing the interactions between.

341

::

Jill Ogle: You know.

342

::

Jill Ogle: people in the community with each other. So it's really yeah. It's really starting to come together quite beautifully. The next launch date is in January. I don't know when this episode is going to air. But

343

::

Jill Ogle: yeah, they people can just reach out to me via my website or Facebook and get them the details on on that. But yeah.

344

::

Jill Ogle: I plan. There's a lot of things. Happening. 2025, there'll be retreats. There'll be. The membership will continue. And more kind of community things will come up workshops, etc. So yeah.

345

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Very exciting, and I know that you have something that you'd like to give away to people because I found it on your website.

346

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: The 7 mistakes people make when trying to manifest anything.

347

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah, it's just a free little course that I created. It was it. It's just a few little kind of mindset shifts, I guess of like. Of course, like.

348

::

Jill Ogle: you know, I I need to do this. And you know, just little tweaks. It's very short program. I think the videos are about 5 or 6 min each. Roughly. But you have a lot of Aha moments.

349

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: She didn't.

350

::

Jill Ogle: In a yeah, yeah, for sure.

351

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I did actually get it and went through it. It was very helpful.

352

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah, yeah. Also, if people are looking for their tribe, I would love to invite you to my Facebook community. It's called Awaken Conscious creators.

353

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah, plenty of free stuff in there. Plenty of, you know. More insightful videos, etc.

354

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah. And I hope to see you at an event, or you know, in my membership.

355

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Sounds like a plan.

356

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah, this is.

357

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's been a great chat, Jill. I really appreciate you coming on today. What's the one thing you hope the audience takes away from our conversation.

358

::

Jill Ogle: Yeah. The one thing I hope is that you understand that you are a powerful creator. You are a powerful creator.

359

::

Jill Ogle: and you don't need to be positive all the time to create a magical life or to live a life you love

360

::

Jill Ogle: and that, in fact, magic happens when you love the negative part of you. Go into the dark, find yourself there.

361

::

Jill Ogle: and free yourself of all of the things that you don't like about yourself.

362

::

Jill Ogle: But yeah, just that. You are a powerful creator. You are the divine.

363

::

Jill Ogle: And just remember that every time you have a communication with someone that that upsets you, you're communicating with the divine. So

364

::

Jill Ogle: yeah.

365

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That was powerful.

366

::

Jill Ogle: Hum.

367

::

Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Thank you for joining me.

368

::

Jill Ogle: Thank you so much for having me on, Jill. It's it's been an absolute pleasure. Yeah.
