::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I'm here to tell you that she believes it is. You don't have to stay stuck in the cycle of lack and fear. You have the power to shift your mindset, step into your worth, and call in the abundance you've been longing for.
3
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Welcome to the show, Tamara, it is so good to have you here.
4
::Tamara: Thank you, Jill. Thank you so much for having me. I'm so excited to chat with you today.
5
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I have been really looking forward to this because I read your story, and
6
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: it's pretty pretty phenomenal, so go ahead and share with us.
7
::Tamara: Sure. So my name is Tamara Winstead. I am a spiritual teacher. My expertise lies in helping women. Entrepreneurs call in more abundance with ease and flow, and we do that in a myriad of ways.
8
::Tamara: We make sure that they are, you know, shifting that stagnant energy that they may have around money, and then we, of course, tackle those self limiting and self-defeating beliefs that we all carry in our paradigm. And so we really, you know, dive in and do their inner work, and they see amazing results.
9
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That is awesome. So tell us about that time when you were when you were shopping around the holidays.
10
::Tamara: Oh, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, so.
11
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Pretty, substantial.
12
::Tamara: It is, it is. But so much has happened since then. I was like, what instance? Okay?
13
::Tamara: So yes. So this particular instance, my kids. Were. We have 3 kids now, but we had 2 kids at the time, and they were probably around
14
::Tamara: 10 and 8, and of course they had a Christmas wish list. That was very long.
15
::Tamara: and you know that particular, you know. Time of the year ended up, you know, being a little tighter than my husband and I, you know, had imagined our property taxes at that time had
16
::Tamara: had went up, and you know we had paid that, and they always comes in like the end of the year. And so we were, you know, felt like we were, you know, kind of in a tight spot. And anytime I'm in a tight spot. I always just, you know, really. Just take some time to myself. I evaluate, you know, whatever it is that I am thinking against the Biblical truth of who I am. That is how I've you know, become who I am by doing that, by shining the light, shining the truth on everything.
17
::Tamara: And so in that particular time.
18
::Tamara: you know, I really just, you know, put my intention out there.
19
::Tamara: and it was the eve of Eve.
20
::Tamara: So the 23rd of December that I received a phone call that I had won $10,000 in the best buy sweepstakes.
21
::Tamara: That I had actually entered in earlier that year. And so we were thrilled and just, you know, overjoyed. And so once we, you know, of course, received the gift cards and everything. We were able to take our kids. You know, they had their Christmas that we had planned, but then we did another Christmas where they were able to pick out. You know all the things that they wanted. So it was just a wonderful blessing, and
22
::Tamara: very fond memory.
23
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That's so cool that
24
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I've I've heard and experienced a lot of things like that in life where you just like
25
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: you're down to your last time. I have a story of a friend of mine who's
26
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: we used to tease her that she could make 2 pennies last longer than anybody I know, and she had 8 kids. She has 8 kids. She still has them.
27
::Tamara: They're not.
28
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Living at home now but she 8 kids, and her husband.
29
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: He he struggled for the longest time to just get started at something, so they were always really broke. But she, you know, they always had enough.
30
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and it was fun. It was fun to go to her house, and I remember one time in particular, and this happened to her all the time, but one time in particular she had this bill for $300, that she didn't know how she was going to pay, and it had to get paid. I mean, it was like an electricity bill or something. They were going to shut off the power.
31
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and she went out, and she got the mail, and she came in, and I'm standing right there. She's opening this letter from the people that bought her house, and they gave her a check for
32
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: $300, not expecting it.
33
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It just like they felt the call to send her the $300, and it showed up.
34
::Tamara: Wow!
35
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Stuff like that happens when you're open to.
36
::Tamara: Exactly.
37
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Leaving.
38
::Tamara: Yes, yes, that openness and
39
::Tamara: you know the willingness to be open is a skill within itself. You know, you really have to step out of that surviving mode, and understand that you are thriving as intended at all times to be open enough for more things to, you know. Fall into your lap that you're grateful for.
40
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I can remember that same friend I I ran into her today. So that's why these
41
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: stories are really fresh in my mind.
42
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: She works at the grocery store around that corner from my my house now, and
43
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: so, and I've known this woman for
44
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: 25 years. It's been a minute, and we knew each other in Colorado, and then moved here together, so.
45
::Tamara: Until.
46
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I mean, there's a really long, long history. Right? That's wonderful.
47
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah. And and they bought this house. They found this house for like $50,000 is 2,400 square foot house for $50,000 on 3 acres up in the mountains around Idaho, and it's a screaming deal, but they had to like they remodeled everything in it, which is, you know, their forte. They're they're really good at like construction and stuff. We used to teach Robert about that all the time. But
48
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They they moved into this house, and there was no heater in the house, so they thought they were going to use space heaters.
49
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: His.
50
::Tamara: Even better than that.
51
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Really quick. It's super expensive.
52
::Tamara: Yes, yes.
53
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Like hide those space heaters, honey.
54
::Tamara: I'm still.
55
::Tamara: We lost our furnace.
56
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: No.
57
::Tamara: Yes, they are very expensive when you're trying to heat a whole home. It just.
58
::Tamara: you know it doesn't work very well.
59
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Oh no!
60
::Tamara: Yeah, I can remember. I can remember, you know, a long time ago of trying to use a space heater and me and my dog. I had a little Chihuahua at the time my kids were in school. Me and my dog were just sitting there around the heat, like we were like right up next to the heater. I was like, maybe my Chihuahua is cold in here.
61
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: My goodness.
62
::Tamara: Is this all you have?
63
::Tamara: Yeah.
64
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: No.
65
::Tamara: It's funny.
66
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, do what you can do.
67
::Tamara: That's right. That's exactly right. That's right. You just.
68
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Fun, because it's a story.
69
::Tamara: Exactly exactly. It's something you know. You look back on. Just giggle, you know.
70
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Then they didn't have a stove for the longest time. So she had all these creative ways of cooking, and they didn't have a refrigerator for the longest time. And
71
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: they this little college fridge. That's where they kept their milk, because the 8 kids.
72
::Tamara: Right.
73
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That's late.
74
::Tamara: A lot of milk right?
75
::Tamara: Exactly.
76
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I know it sounds weird that I have all these stories about her, but she's like such an inspiring human being.
77
::Tamara: Yeah, yeah, someone that is, you know, lighthearted.
78
::Tamara: you know, I think we tend to go wrong when we, you know, fall into those patterns of complaining, and you know and then you get more to complain about. I think if you, we can approach life in a more playful manner, almost like in a childlike manner. Those are the times when I have seen and almost like I guess it's like a surrender, because, you know, once your you know intention is placed.
79
::Tamara: and you know you are.
80
::Tamara: You know you have that Buster seat of faith, because sometimes it's just a mustard seed, and that's enough.
81
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That's all it takes.
82
::Tamara: That's right, and you know and you just, you know, lay down, you know, any fears or any worries. One thing that I always remind myself of is that we were not created with a spirit of fear.
83
::Tamara: and I think that speaks volumes, and how we should, you know, live our life, and how we should approach. You know different situations.
84
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I, yeah, I agree with you. It just it.
85
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It just makes life so much better. If you're not worried about things, you know. Maybe you can't afford that now, but it doesn't mean you can't afford it tomorrow or the next day, and you know money does fall out of the sky.
86
::Tamara: It does.
87
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And it does grow on trees.
88
::Tamara: Right. So there's things, you know. So someone might say, you know. Well, I want, you know this, or I want that. You know all you have to do is set that intention, and don't worry about the how. You know a lot of times. Somebody's like I would love to have this, but I could never afford it, you know, and it's like you are
89
::Tamara: disrespecting your inner power. When you do that you have to remain open because it's not our
90
::Tamara: job to know the how. It's our job to set the attention. It's our job to have that faith and then go on with our life, knowing that it's taken care of.
91
::Tamara: and the fun of it is, when you do that
92
::Tamara: sometime it'll seem like you forgot about your manifestation, and then it'll pop up out of the most strangest place that you could never have orchestrated yourself, which it always proves it to me over and over again.
93
::Tamara: like I said.
94
::Tamara: people, you know, once that door is opened, it's like no one can tell me that this is not the way, you know, because I've seen so many things here that have shown themselves in my physical reality.
95
::Tamara: And it's always a you know type of you know, situation.
96
::Tamara: Because, like I said you. It's always it's always perfectly curated.
97
::Tamara: It's in such a way that I could not place these things in order for this to happen.
98
::Tamara: I didn't.
99
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Always out of her control.
100
::Tamara: Yeah.
101
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Like. I remember telling my husband I was gonna
102
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: manifest $40,000 in the last quarter of the year.
103
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and you know I always have my ideas about how this is gonna happen. This time. I really didn't have any idea how it was gonna happen. And you know, it's getting getting down to the wire. Now I know this isn't gonna post until March. It'll be March by the time this comes out, but it's December right now, as we're chatting, and I was looking at my investment account, and I
104
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: have some cryptocurrencies.
105
::Tamara: And I'm just like.
106
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: This is like well, there it is not what I was expecting.
107
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It was right there.
108
::Tamara: Yeah.
109
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It was that amount.
110
::Tamara: Yes, yes, and you know, because you didn't
111
::Tamara: worry about it because you weren't up at night. Oh, no! How am I going to make this happen. It's when we put those negative, you know. Anxiety, feel fear, field, you know emotions into whatever it is, where it slows it down, or just cancels it out, for now
112
::Tamara: you know, we have to have, you know, get to a point where we do have you know that belief which you know, I understand. Like I tell people you, you know, like I tell my clients you you're building a muscle, you know, when you're learning about the art of manifestation.
113
::Tamara: You're building a muscle. So when I hear people say it's not working for me, it never works for me, or you know I I don't think it's even a thing I don't think that's real.
114
::Tamara: You know. What that tells me is, you know, they have approached manifestation from some form of lack.
115
::Tamara: and because of that they are still mirroring that because the law always works, it works every single time.
116
::Tamara: every time.
117
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You have to look for it, though.
118
::Tamara: You too.
119
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's not like. It's always out there like the Easter eggs.
120
::Tamara: No.
121
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Like Easter egg hunting, you know. When you're little they put them out there on the grass so you can find them real easily, and when you're young.
122
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: when you're starting to manifest, if you're looking for, you know really easy things to manifest like a quarter or a penny, or or finding a dollar or something.
123
::Tamara: Yes, that happens super easy, and it's like right out there you'll find it. It'll be on the ground.
124
::Tamara: Yes.
125
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You'll notice.
126
::Tamara: Every time.
127
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And you'll be. But you have to remember, hey? I manifested that this literally happened to me about 3 months ago. It was like, I'm going to manifest a dollar
128
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: just $1, because and I find money all the time on the ground.
129
::Tamara: Me too.
130
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And I found my dollar. It was like, Yep. See, it still works. I still.
131
::Tamara: Yeah, yes, exactly exactly every every time, every single time. And so if we can, just.
132
::Tamara: you know, really hone in. And you know, work on those skills. And, you know, work on having, you know, combining that faith in there with those skills.
133
::Tamara: So we can get to a point where we ask for that dollar in the same way that we ask for $10,000. You know our nervous system is not going to react differently from setting that intention of, you know, finding a dollar or manifesting $10,000. Once we reach that level, things really start to move very quickly.
134
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They really do, and it's new.
135
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You gotta look at it with fuzzy vision because it kills
136
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: like staring at it, waiting for it to. It's like the pot boiling it.
137
::Tamara: It looks.
138
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: A lot longer when you're looking at it.
139
::Tamara: It does, it really does, it really does. And so some of the fastest things that I have manifested have been, you know, with maybe like a 5 min. You know, visualization like, you know, I do it all the time. One of the things was my husband, and I would love to ride 4 wheelers and things, but
140
::Tamara: we hadn't been in a while, and so I just kind of got into that into that mode, and I was like, you know. I wish you know we go out on a 4 Wheeler ride, and I just closed my eyes, and I thought about you know I heard the sound of it. I felt the movement. You know I can see our woods and things that we know we would drive through, and I really just felt that not for very long, not for very long at all. And then I didn't think about it anymore. And so then, 3 days later, my husband's like, Hey, you want to go for a 4 Wheeler ride. I got some time today, and I was like.
141
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I manifested this, and I forgot he's like you did. I'm like I did. Let's go.
142
::Tamara: Ordering from Amazon, and you know, you know we.
143
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: For me.
144
::Tamara: Exactly. We went to visit a friend.
145
::Tamara: Our plane had got there really late, and we were hungry, and our friends, like, you know was late. It's not gonna be a lot of options, you know. What do you want to eat?
146
::Tamara: And I was like, you know, I really really would love Japanese food.
147
::Tamara: and him and my husband laughed at me. They were like at this time of night.
148
::Tamara: They went out there. I went and took a shower. They went out there, and they came back with Japanese, and my friend said it was a food truck, a Japanese food truck, a hibachi food truck. He's like, I never. I have never seen this truck on the street, and especially at midnight.
149
::Tamara: And I was like, Well, I just get what I want.
150
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You own it better.
151
::Tamara: Exactly, exactly, but you know they had to eat their words because they just they really laughed at me like I was crazy, you know, and I was just like, that's what I want.
152
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Will be there for me exactly.
153
::Tamara: And that.
154
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That's another part part of it is just like, you know. Expect it.
155
::Tamara: Exactly exactly expect it particularly, and then just expect good. Expect good. And then, when you're expecting good.
156
::Tamara: it's everywhere. You see it everywhere. You feel it everywhere.
157
::Tamara: and you know it's just it's a fun journey. That's fun.
158
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It is a fun journey.
159
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So how do you help people? Do you do it in groups? Do you do it? One on one.
160
::Tamara: One on one. I have a program right now. That is a high touch, because I made it this way because I wanted what would have helped me years and years and years ago.
161
::Tamara: You know. So this is, you know, a creation of, you know, 20 years of researching, reading, implementing, you know, quiet contemplation. I do a lot of meditation, you know, to just get to this point, because I feel like this message is so so so very important
162
::Tamara: for everyone, for the entire world
163
::Tamara: to, you know. Let people know that they have a lot more power than they have been led to believe, and that you know in some ways we have been misled. And you know how we react to things. And you know, you know all the things, you know we if we can, just all redirect just a little bit. Then we will all start, you know, bearing those fruits.
164
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I think that's a really good point. It's it's allowing people to be who they want to be, who they are and not trying to force anything, because the minute you start enforcing
165
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: your thoughts, your opinions, your desires into a situation. And I'm not even talking about interacting with other people just by yourself.
166
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You want something, and you want it in a certain way. Well, the universe is going to bring it to you. However, the universe is going to bring it to you. It's not.
167
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's not Santa Claus, you know.
168
::Tamara: Right exactly. And but we we have to be so
169
::Tamara: careful of the thoughts that we think
170
::Tamara: because they are creating all the time whether you speak it out of your mouth or not. And then the second thing is that tongue
171
::Tamara: which is a 2 edge sword. You know we have to be careful what we say about others. We have to be careful about what we say. You know about ourselves, because exactly each word is just.
172
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Bye.
173
::Tamara: Energy.
174
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yes, always speak good over your children always.
175
::Tamara: And and tell them to speak good over themselves, and my son's probably tired of me, and.
176
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So important.
177
::Tamara: It is important because we have to do this
178
::Tamara: in our home before we face social media, before we face peers, before we. You know we face, you know all of these influences that are around us, you know. If we don't
179
::Tamara: command ourselves first, st then they will do it for us, and we may not even realize it.
180
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They're going to create a life we don't really like.
181
::Tamara: Exactly, and then you feel stuck, and you don't know why. Well, it's because you're you're not living your life. You're not living the life. You know that the Creator intended for you, because we we all have so many gifts
182
::Tamara: and you know, sometime, I think about just like an apple seed. When you plant an apple seed you get an entire tree.
183
::Tamara: and how many apples will that apple tree produce just from one
184
::Tamara: apple tree seed? So think about the greatest creation which is us made in the likeness of our Creator.
185
::Tamara: and we have so many seeds inside of us
186
::Tamara: that can bloom to be so many different things to bless so many different people.
187
::Tamara: But if we are not
188
::Tamara: under the belief that we even have that potential, if we don't know this information like, you know that we're talking about today.
189
::Tamara: Then we will end up living, you know, a life that we may end up regretting in our older years. Looking back because we're recognizing. Okay, I only made that decision because this person said this, or I only did that because this person said that. And so for me.
190
::Tamara: I always, you know, weigh my decisions on the fact that
191
::Tamara: I know that I am limitless. I know that
192
::Tamara: whatever the intention that I set is a very serious thing, and it will come to pass, and I say that with full confidence, and that's the way that I live my life.
193
::Tamara: not because I read a book, but because
194
::Tamara: I was a student. For many years.
195
::Tamara: I implement it. And I experimented, you know, with these techniques in my life.
196
::Tamara: and because they have made such a tremendous difference, such a tremendous difference to my life.
197
::Tamara: It has become my passion to share it, you know, with women, entrepreneurs, and even my nonprofit, which is called the Goddess Society, where we import mindset skills into young ladies from junior high through high school.
198
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's just, it's just so important, because.
199
::Tamara: If we can get these young ladies
200
::Tamara: at a place of knowing their worth knowing who they are now.
201
::Tamara: Well, when they're in a high pressure peer pressure situation. They're going to
202
::Tamara: make their decisions from that vantage point instead of oh, I want to fit in. They will understand I wasn't made to fit in God. Didn't God didn't make any of us to fit in sometime? I laugh about that because I'm like, I want to see like, wow!
203
::Tamara: Are all these people trying to be like all these other people? When I specifically made you like this? And you like this.
204
::Tamara: you know. And so with, you know, talking to those young ladies and just talking to my clients.
205
::Tamara: Individuality is so important, authenticity is so important to feeling fulfilled, feeling satisfied, and it also plays a role of manifestation process as well.
206
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It really does, having integrity and being being whole within yourself, and understanding that love yourself first.st
207
::Tamara: Yeah.
208
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Your own oxygen mask. You can't possibly love somebody else, and nobody can love you enough to overcome your lack of love for yourself.
209
::Tamara: Exactly. Exactly. That's what we're.
210
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Young if you don't know that you're in for a really hard, long life.
211
::Tamara: Yes.
212
::Tamara: trying to find somebody to fill that void for you. I don't even think God can fill it. I mean, maybe it's like.
213
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And maybe you may view it that God loves you as you will love yourself.
214
::Tamara: Yes.
215
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Because that's.
216
::Tamara: Yes, because God resides here.
217
::Tamara: and you know we have to understand we are not separate from our Creator. Not for one second have we ever been separate.
218
::Tamara: The only time we have been separate is separate is, if we have not turned to it because we have free will, we have a choice. We don't have to, you know, develop this power that we have. You know. We don't have to do any of that.
219
::Tamara: but to to really lead a fulfilled life
220
::Tamara: where you are a blessing, not just to yourself.
221
::Tamara: but to others, in whatever unique way.
222
::Tamara: That is the goal that is, you know, long lasting, you know satisfaction that doesn't have any monetary value.
223
::Tamara: and that is the goal. Because if you don't have these things you are still enough. You are still everything you are, you know. I was reading the other day, and it said, You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in one drop.
224
::Tamara: And so, you know, we have to really get a handle
225
::Tamara: on how powerful we are, how limitless we are.
226
::Tamara: we have to, you know, get an understanding of that. To start there as a launch pad to say, Okay, I want to be everything that God created me to be. I know. I think about the the parable, about the talents
227
::Tamara: and I always think, you know.
228
::Tamara: and I'm standing face to face with my Creator.
229
::Tamara: I don't want to give him excuses. I don't want to say you created me, but
230
::Tamara: Sally said she tried to start a business, and it didn't work.
231
::Tamara: or John said over here that you know you can. You can dream a little big, but don't go too crazy. You know what I'm saying. So you know we have to make sure we're not taking in those influences because those influences can dampen the blessing that we are meant to be in the world.
232
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I think that's a really important point, because we are meant to be a blessing in the world. We are meant to be the Creator's hands and eyes and mouth, and.
233
::Tamara: We're.
234
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Connected, and we are all one.
235
::Tamara: Yeah.
236
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It doesn't matter. Color, no nationality.
237
::Tamara: You just threw some sprinkles of, you know, of individuality in there, you know, but but people people misconstrue that.
238
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, it's.
239
::Tamara: Turn it, turn it.
240
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: There is no us in them. It's there's just us. We are all one.
241
::Tamara: Like.
242
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And I, I look for the day. The world comes to that realization, and we can stop these silly
243
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: wars and stuff that are.
244
::Tamara: That's right, that's right. But I feel like that's why I feel like this work that we're doing is so important.
245
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So I do what I did.
246
::Tamara: There's there's ears to reach, you know, and
247
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And skills to teach and.
248
::Tamara: Yes.
249
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Letting people know that this this is real. It works. And you just need to know the steps to take to make it happen. And it's not complicated. It's not like, it's not magic. It's not
250
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: well, it is magic, because magic is just science that hasn't been explained yet.
251
::Tamara: I always always say it, you know, is not a magic trick.
252
::Tamara: but it is your inner magic that we all have, and that should be exciting, you know, and yes, you know it will take, you know, some unlearning.
253
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And some new learning, and some open-mindedness.
254
::Tamara: But the rewards are so great
255
::Tamara: that it's worth giving it. You know your time. It's worth investing yourself. It's worth, you know, really, being consistent, you know a lot of times, you know. If I talk to someone they say, Yeah, you know, it worked for me, you know, once before. But then I you know, but it's like, how consistent are you
256
::Tamara: every day, every single day, because, you know, just like our inner magic.
257
::Tamara: not something outside of us. It's inside of us
258
::Tamara: the same thing as far as with manifestation, which you know, I'm sure has many names. It's just activating that inner power that we have inside of us to direct our life in the way that we desire. Instead of living unconsciously. You know where it seems things are happening to you. You know we are learning to live consciously, whereas the entire world is like
259
::Tamara: conspiring for you every day, and you'll see signs of that every day. But I think a lot of people give up too early. They're not consistent. They think it might. They think it's a magic trick. That's why I always say that it's not a magic trick, and it's not. It's something that we have such a beautiful, perfect gift. But it's up to us to nurture it.
260
::Tamara: and to let it grow and evolve
261
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And look for it.
262
::Tamara: Exactly, exactly.
263
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: If you want to manifest a little purple flower in your yard.
264
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, gotta look for little purple flowers, and you'll see them.
265
::Tamara: Exactly. Exactly.
266
::Tamara: That's right.
267
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah. And you know it's self worth is one of them big things, too, you know.
268
::Tamara: I always say, you know, if you are desiring something, it's because it is desiring you.
269
::Tamara: and if that is the case, then of course you can have it, but you have to believe that you are worthy enough
270
::Tamara: to have it. You have to understand who you are, because once you do understand who you are.
271
::Tamara: you will know that you are worthy of whatever that is, and so much more.
272
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah. And and everybody is worthy of it. And there's, yes, yeah. So there's yeah.
273
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: than enough to go around for every
274
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: to have everything their heart desires, because that heart's desire is not something that is selfishly just for you. That heart's desire is to help the collective.
275
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's there for a reason you should pursue it.
276
::Tamara: Exactly. It's important for you to.
277
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Do it.
278
::Tamara: Yes.
279
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's irresponsible for you not to pursue.
280
::Tamara: Exactly exactly, and I feel like personally, I feel when we completely disregard.
281
::Tamara: You know our gifts that we know that we have when we completely disregard that I feel like that is ultimate disrespect to God, because He gave us every single thing. He equipped us
282
::Tamara: to live here abundantly, and but to do that you have to know that.
283
::Tamara: And you have to believe that.
284
::Tamara: And so, for the people that you know are stuck in fear.
285
::Tamara: and things like that, you know, is is unfortunate.
286
::Tamara: because, you know, like they say on the other side of fear on the other side of your comfort zone on the other side of all of that is greatness.
287
::Tamara: you know. It's developing your own greatness
288
::Tamara: inside of you, and whatever individual manner you know that that entails.
289
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I think it starts with loving yourself.
290
::Tamara: Yeah.
291
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Knowing that you are all that in a bag of chips.
292
::Tamara: Yes.
293
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Are. We all are, and and we can stand in it. We don't have to have other people tell us. No, you can't do that? Yeah, you can. And if they're really, you know, enforcing that on you, then you need to.
294
::Tamara: Put them on the other side of your fence boundaries.
295
::Tamara: Exactly, because because along the way everyone doesn't stay.
296
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: You know we you know we all know, you know people that complain all the time.
297
::Tamara: And you know.
298
::Tamara: they, you know, 5 years ago they're complaining about something, and then you see them today, and they're so complaining about something. Well, it's because they have a plethora of things to complain about.
299
::Tamara: and but you can use that as an example and reverse engineer that, and insert, you know gratefulness
300
::Tamara: of thinking about what you're grateful for. As soon as your eyes open in the morning.
301
::Tamara: the breath that we breathe every day.
302
::Tamara: you know where I'm not sitting here like I hope I get another breath. I hope I get another. No.
303
::Tamara: that in itself is the gift.
304
::Tamara: Start there, you know. Start there.
305
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Your heart's beating.
306
::Tamara: Yes.
307
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Do that.
308
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, right?
309
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And you're you're able to have a conversation
310
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: in any way that it happens to be. I mean, not everybody has the same, the skill set.
311
::Tamara: Right.
312
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They're not equipped the same, and and that's good.
313
::Tamara: They're not supposed to be.
314
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They're not supposed to be. I
315
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I live in a community where we have a lot of people that were born with down syndrome, and it's kind of unusual, because a lot of those children never got a chance to live, and they are some of the most amazing people.
316
::Tamara: I know.
317
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I really.
318
::Tamara: They are.
319
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: They're just.
320
::Tamara: I didn't.
321
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Loving. Yeah, that's that's all they are is they're just love.
322
::Tamara: Yes.
323
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's like, how how sad would the world be if you didn't have any of those people around.
324
::Tamara: Exactly. Exactly. Yes, yes, that's right. We all have
325
::Tamara: a purpose here, you know it, but we have to look at it in a more fun and playful way.
326
::Tamara: I always have looked at my life in chapters because
327
::Tamara: there's a lot of things that I like to do, and there's a lot of things that I enjoy doing.
328
::Tamara: And
329
::Tamara: I think it's important to, you know, for us to try new things that you know that comfort zone, you know. It just comes from fear. It comes from fear comes from your logical brain, saying, you know. Well, don't try that new thing today. Maybe next week, you know. Maybe you know, it's it's those little excuses that you don't even realize
330
::Tamara: or self sabotaging yourself. So that's why we have to be so aware
331
::Tamara: of the thoughts that we think and
332
::Tamara: like. I tell my clients, if you have been, you know, a person that has been inherently negative.
333
::Tamara: and you already know that. And you're thinking, you know. Well, it's hard for me to think positive thoughts.
334
::Tamara: The important thing to remember is, even if you have a a cup of dirty water.
335
::Tamara: and you just start pouring in clear
336
::Tamara: water into that that muddy cup
337
::Tamara: over time. It's going to all be clear.
338
::Tamara: So that's why consistency is so key.
339
::Tamara: you know, in your spiritual practice. It can't be something over there that you just do on Thursday.
340
::Tamara: you know, or once a month. You know where you might, you know, look at a pamphlet it has to be integrated, because, honestly, that is how we
341
::Tamara: are supposed to be. Anyway, we we we have
342
::Tamara: given too much power to the external. We've given too much power to people's opinions. You know. We've given too much power to to people that don't even know us.
343
::Tamara: They don't even know us.
344
::Tamara: and we have given them power over our lives and power over our decisions and power over our choices.
345
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Feelings.
346
::Tamara: Yes, and you're feeling absolutely.
347
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Feelings really run everything in your body.
348
::Tamara: Absolutely.
349
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: No, if you.
350
::Tamara: And you yes, and yes, and you have to
351
::Tamara: get control. It's almost like a detachment.
352
::Tamara: You can't be so emotional about everything, especially when it's something that you normally would react to negatively.
353
::Tamara: And for me, what I have noticed through the years.
354
::Tamara: you know, 2024 camera is a lot different than 2017 camera.
355
::Tamara: you know. And the 2017 camera is a lot different than a 2010, you know. And so I have. You know, all these versions, but what it is is, I have just been so serious.
356
::Tamara: you know, about my practice, because I see and experience all of the good that comes from that.
357
::Tamara: And so it's really important that we start with ourself, you know, even walking past the mirror in the morning. What are you telling yourself, you know. Do you, you know? Are you looking in the mirror? Do you feel disgusted with yourself.
358
::Tamara: you know, because if you're upset about your you know yourself in some way. It's going to reflect. It's going to reflect throughout your throughout your entire day. And so for me, some of the most important times is right before I go to sleep at night.
359
::Tamara: What are you thinking about? Are you thinking about? Oh, I got a a bill I need to pay, you know. Are you thinking about
360
::Tamara: all the things that you're grateful for?
361
::Tamara: Are you thinking about every single thing that went right?
362
::Tamara: You know. What are you thinking? And then in the morning, what are you thinking, you know? Are you waking up? Are you excited about the day?
363
::Tamara: I wake up like.
364
::Tamara: you know, because I'm like this is a new day I have never seen this day before. Who knows what will happen? You know.
365
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Wake up Super early in the morning like this morning I got up at 3.
366
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It was just like because I wake up, and I'm like.
367
::Tamara: There's stuff to do.
368
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Minutes at least 3. I can get up now.
369
::Tamara: You like Cockadoo.
370
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: 2 is too early, but 3,
371
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: and I don't drink coffee anymore. Well.
372
::Tamara: Take it so.
373
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Times, but I drink tea. I
374
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I've gone to drinking tea and coconut milk.
375
::Tamara: Lean off the coffee. I do. I will drink Decaf here and there, but I started. For years. I never drank coffee, and then within the past year my husband and I've been like on a little coffee kick. But that caffeine started giving me heart palpitations, and I said, It's not for me, so I just had to switch to decaf.
376
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah.
377
::Tamara: Think, am I drinking hot chocolate, or is this? Is this considered coffee.
378
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, I just drink the hot chocolate because
379
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: it's the holidays. The whipped cream comes out.
380
::Tamara: Put it away.
381
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Thank you.
382
::Tamara: For the reminder, yeah.
383
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Make it.
384
::Tamara: Some eggnog, too.
385
::Tamara: Yeah.
386
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I don't even really do eggnog that much. It's just the chocolate milk there's I like hot chocolate and.
387
::Tamara: Well, you can't beat that.
388
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: It's kind of a winter thing, and.
389
::Tamara: I don't know.
390
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Fireplace.
391
::Tamara: Cozy, up.
392
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: No, and.
393
::Tamara: Yes.
394
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Hallmark picture, you know.
395
::Tamara: Exactly. Exactly. Why are you watching a hallmark movie? Yeah, is it the.
396
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: That's good.
397
::Tamara: It does, it does. It? Really does.
398
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: So I know that you offer people a free abundance training. Do you want to talk a little bit about that?
399
::Tamara: Sure. So right now, I do have my abundance training up on the website. But the thing I'm most excited about right now is, I actually created an ebook, particularly for women entrepreneurs.
400
::Tamara: and in that ebook has a lot of the things that I do to manifest. You know the desires that I want.
401
::Tamara: The life that I desire to live.
402
::Tamara: These are, you know, affirmations that I personally use. I think. Yeah, there's a visualization in there that you know really will take you through, you know, a guided visualization. So it's really, you know, full of all the things that I do that I, you know, definitely wanted to share so that others can go ahead and start implementing. You know, some of those strategies in their life they're looking to, you know, change their mindset around money so that they can call in more.
403
::Tamara: So I'm excited about that.
404
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: And they can find that at Tam's money magnet method.com right.
405
::Tamara: Yes, that's correct, and it'll be right there on the 1st page.
406
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Awesome this has been in a marvelous conversation. I have really enjoyed it.
407
::Tamara: Same same here, same here. We need another hour.
408
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Yeah, for sure. So what's the one thing you hope the audience takes away from our conversations today?
409
::Tamara: The one thing that I hope that the audience will take away from our little chat is what I feel the most important part of the manifestation process which is understanding, that you are a wonderfully created.
410
::Tamara: powerful individual, and that, you know authenticity and individuality will go such a long way.
411
::Tamara: You know in the way that God intended for you.
412
::Tamara: because your life is meant to be full of abundance, full of joy.
413
::Tamara: and you know all of the good, wonderful things that you desire. So my hope is that you will understand that you
414
::Tamara: are enough. You have always been enough, you will always be enough.
415
::Tamara: there's never a question of that.
416
::Tamara: And to turn your inner.
417
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: Enough.
418
::Tamara: Yes, exactly, exactly, and turn your inner dialogue to that. When you, you know, are feeling, you know, fearful thoughts. You know. Anxiety.
419
::Tamara: Turn to the truth of who you are, and hold tight to that, because that is the 1st step in understanding that you are worthy of anything that you desire.
420
::Jill Hart-The Coach's Alchemist: I love that we'll leave it there. Thank you for joining me.
421
::Tamara: Thank you so much, Jill.
